“Mob psychology really pisses me off, you know that?” Buzzkid24 complained to the person sitting in the armchair across the coffee table from him…or rather, to the now empty armchair across from him. Apparently, (-Touch_my_Waffles-) had gotten sick of his ranting, and Buzz was now alone in the lobby. Everyone else was at dinner.
Sighing, he stood up and headed to the nearest vending machine. As he punched in a combination of buttons and a Red Bino clattered to the tray at the bottom, he thought back to the events of earlier in the day. He’d announced to as many residents of the hotel his plan: Get out of the hotel at the earliest opportunity. “If we just sit around here, we’re going to get killed and sniped, one by one!” Buzz had yelled. “We need to leave!”
An awkward silence followed. Shortly afterward, someone yelled back in response, “Well, if we leave, we’ll get killed one by one, because no one will be around!”
Then another person added in, “And it’s an awfully big hotel, too…” From there, the collective population of the hotel had decided to stay, minus him. It didn’t work out as Buzz had wanted it to.
“Well, screw everyone else! I don’t care, I’m leaving right now and heading to the last safe place I know!” Buzz threw the now-empty Red Bino can down and stomped out the series of sliding doors, coming to a stop in the middle of the front patio. It had gotten dark strangely early that night, and a heavy rain had fallen over the area.
The sniper grinned. Buzz was making this all too easy.
A shot rang out, but was muffled by the rain pouring down upon the roof underneath the Sniper’s feet. ‘Time to go. Maybe the next one will be more of a challenge.”

Kiyo_Michan was enjoying the hotel immensely. It was safe, and the glass elevators were entertaining enough that she wasted an hour riding back and forth between the ground floor and the roof, and was late to dinner because of it. At one point, she’d caught a glance at someone up there, but it likely wasn’t important. She liked rain, too, after all, but today’s was a bit harsh for her liking. It was warmer inside, and there was the food, too. The food was some of the best she’d tasted, ever. The one disappointment was that, for some reason, she’d been served the disgusting punch from the party a few nights ago, when she’d asked for water.
Kiyo and korikun the cat, who was sitting across from her, had struck up a conversation throughout the dinner. The crazed killer was pleased. Everything seemed to be working out as planned. Soon, the ice cubes would melt, releasing poison into Kiyo’s punch. It’d be quick, but painful. And it was slightly more subtle than yesterday.
“Time for dessert!” a voice called from the kitchen, and ‘Aine Chievious entered the dining hall, brandishing plates of pie. “I made it myself!” she exclaimed, grinning, as she began to distribute them, then returned into the kitchen, deciding to make cookies next.
“Awesome, I love pie!” said Kiyo, grinning, as she cut a rather large bite off and put it into her mouth. The pie was too bitter for her taste and she had her drink left over from earlier. It was a bit warm, but she raised the glass to her mouth…and began to choke on the pie. Her chair tipped backwards as the people nearby surrounded her and immediately began to perform various anti-choking maneuvers. It was too late, though. Kiyo’s face turned a deeper shade of blue, everything went numb, and she was dead.
The Crazed Killer blinked, surprised. That wasn’t supposed to happen. In the midst of the chaos, someone knocked over Kiyo’s drink. It burned through the tablecloth, leaving a stain on the table.

At about this time, A Dragonflys Sin stood up and pointed to Kori. “He did it! He’s the killer! Kori’s been sitting across from Kiyo this whole time!”
The rest of the attendees agreed, and several people began to take Kori away to the makeshift jailhouse. He followed willingly, pausing to whisper into `Nymphie’s ear, “Never place a bet unless it’s a sure thing.”

Hirun had gotten lonely. The cow, now named Steven, was amazing, granted, but mooing didn’t make for good conversation.
The door opened a slight bit, and a hastily tied up Kori was thrown inside, next to Hirun and Steven.
“I have someone to talk to now!” Hirun yelled, obviously pleased.
Kori let out a sigh.

I, (name/number), vote for (name/number.)
Or likewise.
As always, three consecutive inactivities or five total will get you removed, as will four passes.
Also note that tommorow night's update will be slightly delayed, due to the fact that I won't be home until about 9:30-10:00 EST. It will still occur, though. 3nodding I promise.
