Hm...'The A Force' seems a little out of place
I mean it fits into the warrior theme, but you have a lot of others; machines, fiends, etc. and only two spell casters.

+1 Mobius the Frost Monarch
There we go. Still keeps the Warrior soul, but makes it a lot more functional. You may also look at dropping 3 more cards and adding in Giant Rat and Injection Fairy Lily. That way, you can deal some early damage and set up for a big swing with Brain Control. Not to mention Giant Rat's synergy with Pot of Avarice. Especially in Warrior decks. You may also want to drop something and add in a Mystic Swordsman LV 2.

No way, Blade Knight can be a saviour late game. If you topdeck BK with no cards in hand, you have a 2000 ATK beatstick. Not much except Cyber Dragon and Monarchs can beat that. Next, if you put your opponent on the defensive and its the only monster on your side of the field, it negates all flip effects, pretty much securing it's place as well as your opponent's. Blade Knight has helped me out quite frequently, and I can't recomend him more for a Warrior deck.

Blade Knight has helped me out quite frequently, and I can't recomend him more for a Warrior deck. I hardly believe a Horus deck is unbeatable. It's not even a Tier 1 deck anymore. However, it seems that your friend knows what he's talking about. Still, Blade Knight is a very useful card in tight situations, especially with today's aggro-based metagame. It's true it's not for every deck, but in yours, it can help greatly.
