well im really sad rite now a few days ago i got head lice... n it's common im only 13 i was bond ot get it but my school nows n dey went to my class n said somone in ur class got lice so we need ot check everyone's head n i was da only one away cuz i couldnt get back to school until i got rid of my lice n im jus sooo.....sad dat ppl would make fun of me now i dun got lice it's gone i used da lice shampoo 2 times but stil :'( n now i dun wanna go ot schoool im not dirty im clean n som ppl no dat n some ppl dont no.... n another girl got lice in my class n i was at her birthday party a few days ago n her house has cockrochs in it soo....i dunno but y do ppl got ot make fun of me..................... :'(:'( waaaaaaaa!!

Having lice doesn't mean you are dirty. my sister got it from a kid at school and so i got it. that was ages ago, but it sucks. *hugs* its ok, they'll get killed off by shampoos and stuff, you'll be fine. make sure you put anythings you sleep with in a plastic bag, like stuffed animals, if you have any. 3nodding

URG!!! Has anyone used that Burts Bees shampoo bar??? That stuff just coats your hair in wax and is hell to wash out! And just when you think you've got it all you dry your hair, and its all stiff! Then you try to brush it and bits of wax flake off everywhere!!!!! stare I'll never use that again...it took so much conditioner to fix my hair crying

I had lice once, and I'm not entirely sure where it came from. I have really thick hair, and it took forever to get rid of them. I eventually had to cut off short (like, pixie cut short) to get rid of them. And just for the heck of it, I dyed it blue. surprised
My hair is much longer now. ninja

lol ty ppl but ,my hair is soo funck thick omfg i missed 3 days of school already to get rid of all da lice n there eggs omfggg. i dont got lice nemore but mymom spends 3 hours a day pulling out all dere eggs omfgggggg im sooooo pissed i cant wait to cuz my hairr

Aww don't worry. Being stuck at home can suck but look at the bright side, you can spend endless hours doing all those little things you wish you had time to do like read that book thats just been sitting on your shelf, cleaning your room, baking a pie...yumm..., learing to tapdance...Oh I dont' know. Just try to make it interesting that way you don't feel so bad about it. Also, everyone will end up getting lice at some point. It just happens. It doesn't mean your dirty and it doesn't make you any different from anyone else. Chances are, everyone who has teased you about it will get it at somepoint too. 4laugh
