Please note this is private RP. Do not post unless you have our permission.   Last time where we left off both soquili had taken steps toward their own homes and lives. What would happen if they were to meet once more? What misunderstandings would be calmed and laid to rest? Perhaps the future would tell the tale of both the lemur mare and Kail's fate.

Kail, who had spent a luxurious time with his firneds was now back at the village, resting peacefullly with his human companion. While he was sitting down, resting.. Little Suri had taken it upon herself, to settle against the stallion's body and sleep. Rolling his eyes, he made a snort of frustruation and amusement. He would've settle himself in a warmer area.. But he didn't want to wake Suri up from her restful sleep... and she just HAD to lie herself against him.. not that he complained much. "You silly silly girl~" In the shade of a magnificent oak tree, he liked the breezes blowing through the soquili lands. It was the perfect weather.. where it was bright and sunny day where it wasnt TOO hot, and quite breezy. "The wind is an excellent excellent thing." He murmered. Scorching hot days werent pleasant in the least. A content sigh, he rested his head down on the grass, with fond memories of what happened in the recent months.. He remembered meeting a old delightful companion on the way of his traveling. Reccuring the events that heppened during his travel in his mind, a mare's face flashed all of a sudden. "Kimi..?" He said to himself in a amused tone. In the past months, when the mare managed to seep into his thoughts, He felt a great fondness of their friendship~ O so he thought. He still remembered Kimi's confession.. "But surely, after some time apart.. Kimi must have realized that it was only a small, one-time flare-up of feelings she felt for me." He reasoned. It wasn't pratical to fall in love with a soquili you had just met afterall. That he knew very well. His love interests had never lasted long.. Which was one of the reasons, he made a horrible mate.

As the days were turning to winter a single mare dressed in the likeness of a lemur could not find herself content these days. While yes after a few weeks of torment she found her way home, things unsettled ate at the little mare. Her departure from Kail was sad and almost heartbrewaking yet she felt it was needed since Kail seemed angry at the time.
She missed him and little Suri from the time her encounter had brought so many new things into her life. No one other than some of the head and Glory ever gave her happiness as Kail did. What was she to do though? If the little mare treked back to see him, well he might turn her away. But yet her feelings ran deep for him still- why she couldn't even tell you if she tried. He had grown on her in those couple days and it was hard as anything to skake that adoration she created deep inside herself.
So with a few converstaions with Clendria and a agreement from the little wolf pup Amadahy, she set back out with a bag filled in friuts and other pretty things she gathered. Amadahy was her little tour guide so she wouldn't get lost of course. Last time it was a nightmare just trying to return home. They traveled onward with Kimi's heart beating frantically, wondering what would happen when they met again. Celendria had explained quite a lot of what the little mare could and should do in her apology, but at the same timne be able to tell how Kail might feel as well.
Stepping over the ridge she stood there frozen watching the village below.
Her eyes gleaming in that radiant orage anticipating what was waiting there for her be it good or bad. She just had to see him again no matter what, that was her goal and she was sticking with it. Stepping forward she looked down at the wolf pup and nodded before she continued her destiny as it fell before her.

Kail, who was awakened.. to the sound of the villagers bustling about. It already seemed to be early afternoon..? Judging from the sky that was. "How long have I been asleep?" He muttered angrily. HIS emerald eyes flashed with distaste, directed at his own behavior.
Struggling to get himself up, he tried to stand up .. but his legs ached from sitting down far too long. Grumbling, he forced himself to wake up and he took a few steps towards the village. As the sleep cleared from his brain, he suddenly realized.. something strange. "Suri isn't here?" He murmured as he stared about. The pesky little prat.
His brow furrowed, his multi-colored tail swaying back and forth.. Where could she have gone?
Glancing at the ground, no one could miss the little footsteps imprinted in the dirt, that led to the village. "I guess, she couldn't bother to wake up her dear Soquili.. huh?" He said dryly. He'd look forward to seeing how she would act, and behave once she grew up a little.
Trotting down the villagers, he greeted the other Soquilis that had arrived, (when he was sleep, he supposed) with a friendly smile, slowing down as he neared the village. He REALLY didn’t want to crash into anyone.
Strangely, humans seem to be much weaker than the average Soquili. The women much smaller and frail while the men rivaled a Soquili’s height and strength.. Sort of if not at all. But the men, most assuredly were stronger than the women, but women proved to be have more of a resourceful intellect.
Humans may have been weak, but the weapons they had, helped to balance it.. He supposed, oddly.
Nickering to the humans, a Soquili-sih greeting, he spotted the tent where Suri‘s home resided. A smirk of amusement, He wanted to see how she would feel if her ‘dear‘ Soquili refused to play, or help her. Suri may not have realized it, but she depended on him greatly.
Yeah. He knew he was acting like a little kid.. But what prevented him from doing so? “Absolutely Nothing.” His voice proud. He hated to be tied down by the ‘ADULT’ rules. What you could and could do as an adult, and a child. “I guess I‘m rebellious against Society, I suppose.” He said, amusedly to himself.
As he continued to trot through the crowded village.. The faint smell of a unfamiliar Soquili didn’t go un-noticed. It seemed familiar.. But not a Soquili of this village, that much he knew. Frowning, he turned slightly to his left, from where the smell had wafted through. “Another Soquili?” A frown upon his handsome features, his black and violet mane over one of his emerald eyes.

Her mouth contained the bag swinging back and forth as she headed down toward the village. Feeling abruptly strange she noticed eyes upon her of other local soquili. For a second she actually felt out of place wondering why she was there. Eyes gleaming in golden orange she gazed over the teepees and two-leggers going about their daily lives. Pondering she tried to guess where the home of Kail was. This place was so huge it was hard to pinpoint where anything was.
Amadahy shook her head sitting up on her hindlegs to get the swinging bag from the dazed mare. Once acheived in her goal she sat back down looking at the silly mare scenting the air. So many things such as humans, Soquili, fires, the weather all filled her nose. Thinking she remembered Kimi's speech of Kail living with a young girl. So in her mind where this little girl was, there was this mysterious stallion Kimimella was searching for. So she set out nudging the mare to follow.

The scent wavered closer.. but ti didn't really concern him. The head of the village would do seomething about it, if the unknown soquili was dangerous.
"Yet.. It's familiar." he murmered, a frown on his face. It bothered him, that he couldn't remember what he forgot. Those situations were always bothersome. Sighing, instead of heading inside the tent.. He headed to the fields he just came from.
Unintentionally, He had just put more distance between the one who searched for him, and himself.
"Perhaps, one of the other soquilis will care to converse me?" He said, grinning. The other soquilis, he could always have a meaningful conversation with them. Some others.. well, they were just gossipy and others.. quite uneducated.
Not that he looked down upon them.. He just didnt care to actually converse. And besides, he had a longing for an apple. No one would see if he stole one.. right? Although he highly doubted it, no-one could possibly know it was him~
Reaching his destination, he relaxed his tense shoulder and gently, dis-attached an apple form the tree and steadily trotted away a good distance from the tree, munching on his apple.. occasionally the sweet grass. The villagers always took care of their grass, knowing it was the basic foundation of food for soquili.. But he never knew how it tasted so good.
"Indeed, Someone should try to figure out HOW they do it.." Already deep into thought. Maybe if he hung around, eavedropping...

Amadahy frowned smelling children everywhere in this wide stretched place. It would take a miracle to find this tallion Kimi was seeking. Her nose did pick up on one in particular but it was leading further away out into the outskirts of the village. As the wolf pup turned her head to speak with the lemur mare she stopped short. Kimimela whom was at her side vanished without a trace. Whimpering the wolf pup ran around frantically, sometimes hoping up and down to get a better view of what was surrounding her. Giving a sigh with a slump oh her shoulders she went on the scent of the wave ring male hoping he might be the one.
Kimimela on the otherhand was enjoying her trip back to the village as everyone always seemed so friendly and eager to pet her. Sometimes a young child would give her a carrot, or a winter apple even. The little lemur mare trotted along sometimes even in a dance twirling her entire body around which made the children applaud and giggle. Not one though was little Suri.
"She has to be here. Where Kail is Suri is. Kimi know certain this to be."
She turned her head looking around still trying to remember where it was. A familiar smell beconed to her as the little mare trotted toward it. Could it be little Suri she wondered deep in her mind.
Amadahy also trotted along as her rough pads and claws clicked upon the hardened dirt and stones. Stopping short the wolf pup placed down the bag she was carrying to address the stallion that was either intaking sweet fall grasses or apples in trees.
"Excuse me" she whimpered with a soft voice letting her haunches meet the ground slowly.

Kail who had gathered a small mountain of apples, snorted proudly. As a little wolf made it way over near him, and sat down.. he shot a curious look at it. It had a human bag attached to it..?
When he heard the wolf speak, he was slightly startled but he recovered quickly. "Yes..? Is there anything you are looking for in this village? Are you looking for someone..?" That was the usual reason why newcomers always came and went.
Gesturing to the small mountain of apples, "Are you hungry? Feel free to have some~" As he munched on an apple. Juicy~! Overall, he had totally forgotten his manners to introduce himself.
Meanwhile.. something was still bothering him.. The familiar yet unknown scent of another.. was stronger. He knew it.. but he couldn't place his hoof on it. He wish, he knew who or what the smell was coming from, as he munched on his apple impatiently.

Amadahy looked up at him concentrating in a meekly state wondering if he knew this stallion Kimi was searching for. Perhaps he might think her crazy to even try to assume he knew what she needed to know. In anycase the formalities were to be established as with any meeting.
"Hello there." she said in a soft voice keeping her gaze upon him, "I have a friend that's looking for a certain stallion in this village. We've traveled so very far and hope you could aid us in our search." she nodded shaking her head then at the apple.
"No thanks. I've had a light snack on the way." her head tilting curiously, "there's a little human with this stallion too. But... oh dear I don't remember his name now."
Switching her weight around the wolf pup started feeling miserable that Kimi was probally wondering around aimlessly as usual. "Oh Kimi what have you gotten yourse lf into.." she muttered to herself with a sigh.
This way. That way. All around to no avail. Kimi's eyes searching for Suri whom would remember her for sure. Trying to get other's attention she felt almost alone and shuddered.
Trotting this way and that her eyes felt saddened as her destination was leading her away from the village without her knowledge. As she turned around her eyes glazed over with panic realizing she's traveled horribly far from the village. The cold was coming, leaving scents to waver and flit away confusing the little mare. Now she'd done it finally. Celendria would never forgive her for losing the faithful wolf pup whom was trying to help her as much as the canine could muster.
What was she to do now but keep walking, hoping that this way was the right one.

As the wolf spoke softly, Kail leaned his head over to the side a litle. "Looking for someone you say?" Ah, so that was it. "This village contains alot of soquilis and humans.. It'll be hard to find who your searching for.. especially if he or she is away somewhere else." He explained. Either you found them or you didn't.
"But If you'd like, I can help." He offered.
"A male stallion with.. a small human?" He murmered. "There aren't too many of those.. But there soquilis bonded with humans. We can narrow it down that way." He nickered, not bothering to think of himself.. He just didn''t realize that he was 'bonded' with a human. "By a small human.. Do you mean a child?"
While asking his questions, he was too deep into thought to really hear what the wolf was muttering to herself.. unfortunately he didn't catch the name Kimi.

Suri, who was peeking out from a bush spotted someone very familiar. Originally, she was playing hide and seek.. but she had no idea WHERE she was. It was dreadfully cold, and she wasn't in the proper clothes for winter.. unfortunately, she didn't know any of this. She merely was having fun away from the village. Her mother was gone.. and her soquili friend Kail, who was was still sleeping by the tree.. or so she thought.
But while peeking, she eyed a familiar figure.. one that filled her with joy. "Kimi!" Suri remembered her as a friend of Kail's.. and she was a really pretty and nice soquili! Filled with delight, she squealed running to the figure while tripping over in the bushes, letting out a loud 'OOF.' her boot caught in the root, twisting her ankle.
Unfamiliar with a sprained ankle.. THe pain brought tears to her eyes, as she started to cry, with dreadful wails. "..Kai-il." She called, sniffing and crying as tears fell down her face. 'Mo-o-mmy.." She said in a stuttering voice.. Totally forgetting about the soquili nearby.

The pup picked up on a wailing child remembering the name sounding very familiar.
"You hear that? There's a child of the two-leggers wailing down aways." she nodded listening to the faintness yet it was clear in her furry ears. Momentarily she'd forgotten all about Kimi and studied Kail with worried eyes not knowing he was the one Kimi was seeking. There just had to be something to make her remember why and who she searched for.

Kimimela on the otherhand was lost all beyond belief. Placing her haunches on the ground she sat there crying miserably. How silly it must of looked for a grown mare to shed tears as she did now. Maybe this was a stupid idea she had trying to make ammends with him. It was quite possible he never wanted to see her again.
No one seemed to ever like Kimi.
Standing back up she broke into a full gallop pulling further away from where she'd come from. Not even the gentle child's voice of Suri could reach her as she traveled further and farther into a place unknown.

"Crying..?" As he titled his head to the side listening.. there was indeed a faint cry.. and the voice was oddly familiar. Making an effort to get up, "Let's go look, shall we?" As he trotted to where the sound was coming from.
He could also hear the sounds of hooves galloping away. But Soquili always came and went, so he didn’t think very much of it.
However as he neared, to where the wails had come from.. he could hear it fading away to small whimpers. As long, he finally made it up the hill.. he spotted a young dark-haired girl sitting upon the ground..
Startled.. "Suri!" He neighed galloping to her side. Why was Suri here?! She should have been inside the village!

Suri, who wasn't crying as wildly as she had been a few minutes ago, had heard the sound of hooves nearby.. But she didn’t have an idea who it was. She didn’t really care..
But as she heard the familiar neigh of her Soquili, Kail, Her spirits lifted. “Kail!” She shrieked, momentarily forgetting about the pain, as she stood up to rush to Kail. But pain went searing through her foot, as she fell down.. Tears welling up from the pain.
“Ow..ie” She hiccupped between breaths. Her mommy, she guessed would get mad at her.. And the pretty Soquili had run off from the sight of Suri. Was Suri really that scary? She didn’t think so.

“Suri!” As he caught up to her.. What had happened? Her ankle was swelling up. Neighing, He fussed over her warmly, nudging her head constantly with his own. He needed to get her back to the village.. Soon, if he wanted to treat the ankle before it became worse.
After a few minutes, he clamed down enough to notice a strange scent in the air. GOD, it was familiar. But he couldn’t seem t remember. He couldn’t remember a lot of things these days.
“Has another Soquili been here..?” As he frowned, murmuring. He didn’t sense any dis-friendliness in the air.. But how had Suri fallen? Did someone push her? But the question was quickly answered when he noticed a small tree-root not too far away.

((Been sick with the flu and covered in SS orders myself... Kimi is working into another plot so you won't see her for a bit 3nodding ))
Amadahy blinked tagging along with the tall stallion, as she always had with her Soquili Celendria.
The crying little one startled the pup making her forget for an instant why she was there. The name Suri though triggered her senses and she yapped as if her own scolding was proof enough.
"A stallion and a little girl.... YOU'RE the ONE she's been searching for!" Her hindquarters that once sat upon the ground sniffed the air frantically. The mare's scent was faint and disappearing among the cold air.
The stallion seemed to be caught iup in the child's wellbeing but yet he needed to find Kimi. For Kimi could get lost in a small meadow if she was spooked enough.
Clearing her throat the little lupine yapped to get the stallion's attention.
"You've forgotten Kimi haven't you."

Hearing the little wolf's words, Kail murmered quietly, "Not really." His memories of her slowly surfacing. As he raised his voice, "It can't be helped if I've forgotten her a little. She's just a friend.. You can't remember all of your friends. Or at least I know I can't." He said simply.. but something nagged at him.
"If you'll excuse me.." He said cooly. He picked up the small girl, Suri and placed on his back ever so gently. He noticed Suri's silence, and curious little eye.. but at the moment, he was feeling a little panicked, and very very angry with her. She knew not to wander away from the village, yet she DID.

Amadahy blinked at what the stallion had said once he heard Kimi's name. If she wasn't a nice well brought up wolf she would have bitten his calf for sure... and it would have been hard with teeth sinking in. Now she was confused along with being a tad angry.
Kimimela apparently had deep feelings for this male yet he didn't even remember her. What kind of relationship was that for two Soquili. She shook her head standing on all fours sniffing the ground.
"Oh Kimi where have you run off to now." she whimpered placing the bag by the tree with Kimi's presents in them for Kail and Suri.
Looking back in the direction she ran off to she sneezed and followed the faint scent. If Celendria found out Kimi had gotten lost because of her familiar's incompetence, what would happen to the shy little pup.
