Dice mogul is a rather fun game. So I figure, why keep playing against computers instead of making a makeshift one to play against humans? So here I'm making a thread to do just that.

What is Dice Mogul? Click here to check it out.

So, what you do is once we've begun, I'll use the post action 'random number' to find out who goes first. Along the list we go downwards.

When we start off, everybody has 5000 credits, used to buy things-or pay somebody. Based on the amount of players, we will have a certain amount of spaces and a certain amount of types of things.

Rolling: Basic turns you just roll two six sided dice. With a super roll, you roll two ten sides dice. We can't get the rolls to 3 sided dice, so for mini-rolls just roll two six sided dice. 1 & 2 are 1, 3 & 4 & 5 are 3.

Doubles: When you achieve a double, you can roll again.

Lots: Each mark on a lot counts for 100 credits cost for that land. That's also the money paid when somebody lands on a lot owned by somebody else. Nothing happens if somebody lands on their own lot. You don't have to buy a lot when you land on it. You can sell lots for 50% of their buy price (a GE ability) if you need the money.

Properties: A property rank costs the lot cost*property rank. A house is rank 1, hotel 2, and landmark 3. Properties sell for 80% of their buy price. You can only change property ranks at the start of your roll. So, unless you rolled double, when you just buy a property you must wait until your next turn to change property rank. The property rank value adds to the land value to equal the fee for landing on that space.

Event spaces: If you land on an event space, you will recieve a random event. There's a mini-roll, steal, super-roll, accident, bonus eraser, upgrade, protection, swap, Tax (-200), and Payment (+1000).
  • When landing on this space, do a random # for 1-10.
    • 1- Mini-roll
    • 2- Super roll
    • 3- Accident
    • 4- Steal
    • 5- Bonus eraser
    • 6- Upgrade
    • 7- Swap
    • 8- Protection
    • 9-Tax
    • 10-Payment

Misc spaces:
  • Hospital (gray): Free space for landing on. If sent here via accident, you're stuck for three turns unless you roll a double, and you move the value of the double and get the bonus roll after it. On the third turn in the hospital you get 'cured' and whatever your roll you'll move it.
  • Resting area (brown): Free space for landing on. Safe from accidents while here.
  • Accident space (red): Sends you straight to the hospital.
  • Start/lap space (green): When passing or landing here (after your first turn), you get two choices.
    • Get 300 credits bonus.
    • Get a bonus item (same items from the event spaces, without the money events). Do random # for 1-8.
      • 1- Mini-roll
      • 2- Super roll
      • 3- Accident
      • 4- Steal
      • 5- Bonus eraser
      • 6- Upgrade
      • 7- Swap
      • 8- Protection

Bonus Items: A player can hold 5 bonus items (2 more in the GE than the normal one, which only has 3 bonus item slots). This might change between games. Multiple bonus items of the same type are allowed.
  • 1- Mini-roll: Change dice size from 1-6 to 1-3.
  • 2- Super roll: Change dice size from 1-6 to 1-10
  • 3- Accident: Send one player to the hospital. Does not work on players in Resting Area.
  • 4- Steal: Take a property from another player, along with the property on it.
  • 5- Bonus eraser: Delete bonus items one other player has.
  • 6- Upgrade: Improve the proper rank of ALL your lots to landmark.
  • 7- Swap: Change places with another player. Does NOT work if you're injured.
  • 8- Protection: Prevents the player from having to pay for one turn when landing on lots owned by other players.

Credits (MONEY): When a player gets below 0 credits left, that player loses and has to leave the game until it's over. They lose all properties and lots. They can still comment, though. Having 0 credits exactly doesn't cause them to lose, they can still gain money by selling their properties or lots, passing the lap space, or from fees another player has to pay when landing on their lot. There is NO limit to how much money a player can have.

Disqualifications: Cheating will disqualify you for a certain amount of games or time. The more you cheat the worse the punishments become. Being idle for 10 days will 'cripple' you. In other words, you lose all your lots and properties, and your turn is skipped untill a 'round' is completed AFTER your return. A round is completed when it returns to the starting player's turn, or down along the list to any non-losing person still in play. If there's only one non-crippled player, that player wins. When you return you aren't crippled anymore, but don't get your properties back.
