The Relaxation Ritual
Step One: Sit or lay in a place where you will not be disturbed for at least 5 minutes. Remember to unplug the telephone, turn off cell phone and etc. Get comfortable. If you are sitting, your back should be straight. Whether sitting or lying down, your legs and arms should not be crossed. Id sitting, rest your hands, palms down in your lap. Your eyes should be closed (just don’t fall asleep XD.
Step Two: Visualize a golden ball of beautiful, warm light surrounding your feet. If you cannot “see” the ball of light when you visualize it, which is okay. Just know that it is there. Truly know that if your powers if visualization were different you would be able to see it. The ball of golden warm light always brings peace and total relaxation. Wherever the ball of light goes, tension departs. Let it go, and as it goes, feel your feet filled with the warm glow of peace and total relaxation.
Step Three: Now allow this ball of light to rise up your legs and up your torso (belly, tummy area or just Google it @_@) Then allow it to go down your arms to your fingers and finally up your neck and into your head until you are completely covered with the warm, golden glow of total peace and relaxation, and all the tension is gone. If you notice tension anywhere, send the ball of light there and the tension will vanish.
Step Four: Stay in this state of deep relaxation for a few moments. Know that you can return to this state whenever you like simply by doing the relaxation ritual. If you are having trouble sleeping, try this ritual when you lay down at night instead of suffering or taking dangerous pills. Be at one with yourself.
Step Five: When you are ready to come out of this state of deep relaxation, take three deep breaths and feel fresh life and energy coming into your body with each breath. Be sure to record your experience in your Ritual Diary.

Isn't this a form of meditation?
In a form of way yes. Meditation have many types, but I still recommend you keep this in your Ritual Diary.

isn't this sort of like meditation in a way, just curious, I mean it's more detailed in a way on how to do it right, since there are vast ways to get into a meditative state of mind and being

I mean in lesson 1.1A it is going to be widely use in any ritual. To help you keep track of what going on, what is running in your mind and etc.

I mean in lesson 1.1A it is going to be widely use in any ritual. To help you keep track of what going on, what is running in your mind and etc. Makes sense, lol yeah I tend to ask alot of questions, especially since I haven't tried to get in touch with my inner self or gifts that I might have since last year. So well hopefully you will be able to put up with me. xp

hmm very nice.. ive been doing similar rituals before i meditate.. really helps with the total relaxation thing lol

think the best thing for a new psychic is for them to know themselves well, ask question to yourself about you and think on them, this also helps your intelligence level cause oyu have to put together pieces of informoration about yourself and figure out a solution (happy place) XD
my happy places are different each time.

Umm... is it possible to accidentaly do a ritual? Because I was just sitting here, reading the instructions and I accidentaly visualised a ball of golden light, and, well, I felt relaxed. I didn't intend to do it, but I did...

Ok I guess my visualization skills are not great, but I would still say I was succeful. As I was visualizing where ever the ball was I could feel a tingling sensation and I would relax.

wow, this is amazing! i just did this right here in front of the computer (yes, i can relax here xd ), and i feel as if i just woke up from a full night of sleep! slightly tired, yet energized. (also i've discovered that a massager for my neck would do wonders, since it took the little golden ball about five minutes to kill most of the tension there xd ). i'm gonna do this this every night now! heart
