Harvick, wife knocked down after postrace scuffle

An unidentified crewman for Scott Riggs' team knocked driver Kevin Harvick, his wife and a NASCAR official to the ground on pit road Sunday, minutes after the Dickies 500.

It was apparently in retaliation for an incident late in the race.

My favorite part is that this goon ran away after he pushed them down, but Mike Dillon, competitive director for Richard Childress Racing, went after them and took the man who pushed Harvick to the NASCAR hauler.

He got caught and dragged to the Nascar hauler like a 9-year gets dragged to the Principal's office! xd I hope they fine this clown, and not Scott Riggs or his team.

Well, one could argue that the unidentified team member can justify his actions on the count that he worked on the construction of the car and Kevin putting Scott into the wall would be like Kevin slapping the team in the face. To add to that Kenseth and several other drivers were the innocent bistandards cought up in the wreck and DeLana would be the innocent bistandard cought up in the shoving match.

I don't argue that point though so I say FINE THE TEAM MEMBER AND THE CREW CHIEF! MU HA HA HA HA!!!

That guy is a complete idiot!! The Harvicks did not deserve it and i think the idiot should be fined as well. I'm not a big harvick fan but know one should ever do that to another driver even if they have a problem with him. rolleyes

Worse yet it looked like to me that Scott Riggs broke loose before Harvick hit him.

That was just classless.

Thank gosh you can't have people like that in NASCAR really because what if happeneds more than once. There is obvisouly something wrong with this guy because you just don't do that at all not even in public let alone at the track biggrin
