They're pretty much episodes animators add to anime to make the series longer but the stories in them are not created by the manga-ka so one can really debate their validity when argueing something.
NARUTO became so full of fillers I seriously stopped watching the anime. I only read the manga now.

he right. the only other reason for filler. like with naruto is that the anime catches up to the manga. when this happenes they make filler till there is enough manga to make more Eps.

Some fillers are good.
I really loved the bug catching filler arc with Hinata, Naruto, Kiba and Shino.
AND... It's been said that all fillers are created with a great amount of liasing so that nothing is written to contradict events that are to happen.

Macroth Some fillers are good. I really loved the bug catching filler arc with Hinata, Naruto, Kiba and Shino. AND... It's been said that all fillers are created with a great amount of liasing so that nothing is written to contradict events that are to happen. Which is something I use to argue NaruHina. wink

Fillers can actually be quite good. Some of them. Like the Bug episodes, and the one on my profile. I'm glad they're over though; most of them were pure crud.

T.T The fillers had their moments, but most of the time they bombed. I remember showing my friends the fillers where Naruto and Sakura had found "Orochimaru's lair", the one with all the traps and stuff. They were like, eek !? Those were some good ones. Very depressing, but good nonetheless.
