Rules for TEH GUIDE Guild Members.

1) Of course we must all follow the Gaia TOS. If you see anyone not respecting them it is your responsibility to PM one of the mods of the guild.

2) NO FLAMING will be tolerated. Not against any employee, member or the guide itself. If you have a problem of ANY kind with a member or worker please pm guild's president explaining the whole situation. President's word in any Guild descision is FINAL.

3)Please no spamming or Bumping in the guild. If the owner of the thread asks you to leave YOU DO SO, even if you think it is unfair. If you make even one more post in that thread you'll get a warning.

4) Users with 2 warnings will be banned. Once you get banned there's no chance you come back (unless president or vice president says so)

Once you read them all please sign and say you understand and accept them all. We will hold you to your word of respecting them all.

Rules for TEH GUIDE employees and crew members

1) You have to be hired by Letolas Reloaded or C a u s t i c. If they don't PM you directly offering you a position then you are not being called or considered for one.

2) If you are not doing your job as you should, any other crew member can alert the president about this and they will check all versions. If you get replaced on your position it doesnt mean you will be banned from the guild and that we dont want you around. It only means we decided that there's another person that can do that part of the job better, and we all want the guide to work as best as posible. So if you have no time in real life, or any probem with your position and you feel someone else could do a better job then it is your responsibility with the guild and TEH GUIDE to quit your position and if you want to suggest someone who you think could take it.

3) Any decision referred to the guild or guide must first be aproved by presidency. If not, any action can't be taken. If this is not respected then disciplinary actions will be taken.

4) NEVER update for your own profit, and everytime you do update you have to recall which links were you using in the reporting thread.

5) Threads cant be deleted unless presidency member says so. We believe in freedom of expression and if anyone has anything to say we encourage them to do it, unless is breaking one of the rules. So if a thread is unneeded please block it but NEVER delete.

Reglas para los miembros de TEH GUIDE.

1) Por suspuesto todos seguiremos las reglas TOS de gaia. Si ves alguien que no las cumple es tu responsabilidad como miembro comunicarselo a un miembro de este guild.

2) NINGUN tipo de insultos sera tolerado. Ni contra un empleado, ni contra un miembro o la guia misma. Si tienes un problema de cualquier tipo con un miembro o un trabajador envia un PM a la presidencia explicando la situacion. Cualquier desicion venida desde la precidencia es FINAL y no apelable por ningun motivo.

3)Por favor no bumpees ni ensucies con spam ningun thread. Si el dueño del thread te pide que te retires del thread LO HACES sin siquiera responder a ese post, no importa si te parece injusto o no. Si permaneces recibiras un warning.

4) El usuario con dos warnings sera banneado sin posibilidades de volver. (A menos que la presidencia decida lo contrario)

Una vez que leiste todas las reglas porfavor firma un post que declara que las entendiste y las respetaras. Gracias.

Reglas para empleados de TEH GUIDE.

1) Tienes que ser contratado por Letolas Reloaded o C a u s t i c directamente. Si no recibes un pm proventiente de ellos mismos ofreciendote un empleo no estas ni siquiera siendo considerado para uno.

2) Si no estas realizando tu trabajo como deberias cualquier otro miembro puede alertar la presidencia al respecto, y nosotros nos encargaremos de checkear la informacion dada. Si eres remplazado en tu puesto no significa que no queremos verte nunca mas ni nada por el estilo. Solo significa que hemos decidido que hay alguien mas calificado o con mas tiempo que tu para desempeñar dicha funcion en el momento.
Asi que si sientes que no tienes el tiempo o la calificacion necesaria para desempeñar tu labor lo mejor posible entonces es tu deber dejar el puesto libre y en lo posible sugerir un nombre que pueda remplazarte.

3) Cualquier desicion respecto al guild o la guia debe ser aprovada por la presidencia. De lo contrario ninguna accion extrema podra ser tomada.

4) NUNCA actualices un precio para beneficio propio, cada vez que se haga un update extremo debes referirte a los links posteados en el reporting thread.

5) Los threads no pueden ser BORRADOS. Creemos que todos tienen derecho a expresarse y si alguien tiene algo que decir sera escuchado. Si crees que un thread es inutil pudes blokearlo pero no borrar a menos qu ela presidencia diga lo contrario.
