I just read a comic someone made where they made the leader Yondaime (as well as Tobi being Obito). It was pretty funny.
Though I almost had a feeling that it was Yondie. But it can't be... he should have died after using the sealing technique right? And even in the novel that was released it said he died didn't it?

I think Obito is Tobi, see OBIto - tOBI and obiTo Tobi but I don't think the leader is the 4th Hokage. I don't think it's an Uchiha either...

it is said yondaime hokage is the leader of akatsuki...........but no one actually can seee him in epeisodes they hide his character maybe masashi kishimoto(creator of naruto)
