Supplies: Pen & Paper & ziplock baggie (and whatever elce you need to cast your circle)

This is a good spell to do to help difuse a situation at home/school/work, and is simple and quick.

Cast a circle, take your paper and write the whole name of the people you wish to 'chill out'. Then take the paper and place it in the baggie, and state that it is a negitivity catcher, and only positive feelings and emotions can go through the bag. Seal the bag and bury it in the freezer, instructing the god and goddess to help the people on the paper calm down and the situation to go away as peacefully as posible. Close the circle, thank the gods/goddesses/elemnts and go about life as normal.

Once the spell has worked it's purpous then you can get rid of the names in your freezer how you wish.
This spell has worked for me every time, and is very quick and easy to do. ^_^

Side note: it can freak people out a bit if they find their names in a baggie in the freezer... trust me ^_^;;

Ya, I did this one at Jeff and Nancy's and it worked... although they wern't quite sure what to think when they started finding their names in the freezers... rofl

Well, generally with Wicca that would be the case here, but I'm not Wiccan, and although I gather a lot of my practice from Wicca, I don't follow all the Wiccan rules.
I'm an eclectic Pagan, and so doing a spell that affects others doesn't bother me. I kinda go by my own rule on doing spells on others without there permission, I ask myself 'If it were backwards and they were doing the spell on me, would I get upset about the spell itself?' If the answer is no, then I precede. I stick to the no medaling when it comes to love spells, because those just tend to have bad effects, but other than that I'm not so strict about that rule.

It's ok ^_^ I think it's good to question people if you don't agree with somthing or don't understand something, I would rather be questioned then have someone blindly follow everything I say 3nodding
