So she had returned back to her lover- but even then, the great picture U’yosi had spoken of remained in the back of her mind. She had always been a lover of great ideas. When she had not traveled identifiably as a mortal, it had been one of her greater interests. She drifted about and helped where she could, but she’d never remained long enough in one conceivable form to have ever really been apart of something. Knowingly, anyways. But there was something about the way he had spoken of filling the lands again- and then seeing the younger generation eagerly clinging onto what remained... Améh felt somewhat inspired with cause.
It was giving Phib a bit of a headache.
“Did you know, Phib-“ She was continuing, rolling half on top of him. She was small against his large frame, and he hardly noticed the weight- except once when she moved too far and hit his sore leg. “- there are lions living on the ridge there. The messa-” She angled her head to the side, as if he could not locate the mass of great red mountain that loomed around them. As it was- they were already half on it. Although it was Phib’s opinion that they’d soon be half off it and be back on the road in the next few days. For some reason, Améh seemed to be dragging her heels.
“So you’ve told me.” Phib murmured and shifted his ear. He’d gotten the idea she was trying to get at something after the first hour of random comments. But in the same breath, he liked seeing how far she’d stretch out her polite attempts and steering him in a direction. She probably half knew it, so it was a battle to see who would break the chain of denial first.
“Have you heard of them before?” Améh remarked, slumping forward. She lay so that her back ran against his, and her body draped across him and pooled somewhere by his hind. As she shifted, she oozed from one place to another, before she was most awkwardly falling off of him. Phib shifted his hips to stop her shoulder from digging into him. “Oh, I’m sure I have.” He half yawned.
“Phib- you’re not paying attention to me.” Améh complained and completed the roll, falling off of him and rolling a few turns into the shade. Why did he have to always make things so difficult?

Siti sat in a tree listening to the words of the lioness she did not know. She lay on a male Siti assumed was her mate. She did not want to intrude so she sat quietly in the tree. since she hoped around traveling often this was her first time around these parts and she didn't want to be caught where she didnt belong.

Life, however, had a way of acknowledging itself to her. Amédia twisted the corner of her ear during the light prodding of her more distempered mate. She could feel blood flowing nearby, good health. She liked to feel that. These days so many suffered from ailments and age. But she was appreciative enough of Phib’s ego to wait until he noticed that they were being watched. He liked to be in charge- and the soft willed goddess did not mind it.
“I’m getting the suspicion that you are dragging your heels.” Phib remarked, opening his mouth to yawn. He’d never admit it, but he was somewhat grateful for the pause in their traveling. His leg had been bothering him recently, ever since that scuffle with Hakan. “My heels?” Améh purred. “They are in the air, not on the ground.” She noted, and kicked her feet. He rolled an unnaturally bright red eye in her direction. “So is your head.” “My head is on the ground.” She reminded. “Not in the clouds today. Silly Phib. Always thinking I am having motives.” He quirked his brow and made a light noise. It was odd- he didn’t think she was capable looking two days into the future, and yet he always couldn’t shake the idea she knew more then she let on. Perhaps he was just clinging to the idea there was more then a pretty flower sitting on that flower-pot of a head. But then- the large lion caught wind of the figure in the distance, and raised his head upwards. The movement was enough to dishevel Améh, who rolled again, and this time, rounded herself to lay beside him. Now that he had noticed, she did not hesitate in speaking. “Hello-“ She called eagerly.

Siti looked down at the stranger. "Hello, sorry to intrude. I was napping and when I woke you were beneath me." Siti jumps from branch to branch to get closer to the ground before she leaped from the tree. She turned and looked at the two lions. "I am Nabila Siti, but you can call me Siti. May I ask you names."

Amédia chuckled. “No, no- it’s no problem. We’re all just travelers.” Her ringed eyes flashed for a second as she stumbled out of the precarious [and somewhat scandalous] position she had previously been in across Phib. “We’ve woken up with worse things above our heads before.” She remarked, sliding her eyes towards Phib, who snorted and shook his head. He’d let her handle the pleasantries. The white female rose up and lowered her head affectionately. “I’m Améh.” She explained, and look towards the still seated male. “And, Phib.” Respectfully, he nodded his head, but did not look too concerned either way.
“It is nice to meet you, Siti. Are you traveling?” She asked, tilting her head. She didn’t seem like she was from around here. Not amongst these lions of flourish, anyways.

Siti smiled, "I travel all the time, I looking for a pride and a mate to share my time with. Also i'd like to have cubs someday. However those things will come in due time, first I should at least make some friends.
Siti sat beneath the tree and swatted at a bothersome fly with her tail.
"What brings you two to these parts, journeying perhaps." Siti was very curious as to the new strangers she had just met and she thought the female was of exceptional beauty. Siti looked them over and decided they were okay, even if the male was a little grumpy. Maybe in them she find some new friends.

Améh chuckled. “That does seem to be the order of things.” The brashness of the other female brought at least a glance from the large green lion, who arched his eyebrow and could not help find a perplexed smile move across his face. Where were the forward women back when he had been young? Pityingly, he gave Améh a mischievous glance- to which she scoffed and turned her attentions back to the lady. The white female approached the visitor, taking a careful note of the traveler’s demure. Her first assumption had been correct- she seemed in fine health. But quietly and unnoticeably, she gave a soft blessing for good fortune. Even the goddess did not walk the ground unaccompanied. Amédia had a lot of respect for those who took such initiative. “We travel here and there. Although for now, I am ‘dragging my heels’ a bit.” The lady smiled. “I feel I have friends here, and I’ve stopped for a time.”

Siti looked at the lioness, and giggle at her responce to her forwardness, before shifting her eyes to Phib, who was now smiling. She looked confused, but then shoves her thought to the side.
Looking back to the white lioness, she smiles. "It good to have friends, and I am glad that you've chosen to stay for a while. I trust you travels have been well so far." She stands once again and looks over the two lions. "They looked similar to most of the lions she met, but not at all like her. "Have either of you seen any other lioness without the tuff of hair atop their heads? Some lions that look somewhat like me? I am an orphan and yet to come across others like myself."

Amédia paused, and slowly considered. “Without...hair on top?” Her ears flattened in slight embarrassment, perhaps not quite knowing what it was the mortal spoke of. She paid very good attention to culture too! But ah..sometimes... she was glad Phib seemed as perplexed as she was. “I am not sure I am of understanding.” She obscured and curled her tail. “Some lionesses have hair on top, but many don’t... I do not know if you would be finding your family that way.”
But Améh was unsatisfied with the response, so she leaned back to consider it a bit. “...maybe...perhaps some spotty lionesses though. I can’t remember where, but I once thought I saw one.” Of course- for all she knew that was a couple hundred years ago.

"Well i dont have spots but i am reddish and white, maybe that could help. As far as the hair goes, all the lioness' I've met have a tuff of hair atop the heads. Its okay if you dont know though, I want to join a new pride anyway. If I can." Siti sat down and looked at the two for a minute. "I hope I am not being bothersome."

Améh shifted, and twined the end of her tail. By now Phib had gone back to sleep, apparently uninterested in the events unfolding. She swatted him with the end of it, but he grunted haphazardly in reply. When the white and gold lioness looked up, the other female was still talking. “No, no.” She spoke, her head shaking. “Having hair on top of your head doesn’t mean you belong to one person or another. It’s just fur. I would look at markings, those travel- I am thinking?” She looked to Phib, who simply shook his head. “He is bitter.” She dismissed, and waved her paw. “But a pride? That’s something you go looking for. I would find your family first though, before thinking about prides. I don't think you'll find much in this place. You'll need to go to the lowlands, I think. More lions there, more prides there.”
