Lucius chuckled and and nodded his head after dropping the egg in the HQ. "Yeah, that sounds like a good place, it's usually where I eat when I go and borrow books..."
Oh bloody hell! The Books!
"Excuse me a second..." He said before he quickly rushed over and found the books he'd left on the beach. He then quickly came back. "Couldn't leave them out here..." He chuckled weakly.

Kethara laughs shaking her head "Your a bookworm aren't you? Nothing wrong with it, but it does explain why your anti-social." shrugging she winks at him "I'll just have to fix that. Before this day if over you'll be giving me hugs like its nothing." taking his hand she gives it a squeeze walking down the path that led towards the headquarters.
She hums to herself once more glancing at him from the corner of her eye. Okay so maybe she like him, but she wouldn't say a word about that. She had a feeling she would send him running if she did.

Lucius laughed. "If you can do it, that would be a miracle, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a very people oriented person," He kept a hold of her hand for a moment before gently releasing his grip, he still wasn't used to showing affection like that. But maybe in time, he would. He hoped so... But still... He was going to try to take this slow, ease himself into the relationship.

Kethara smirks then turns stopping in front of him. Her arms wrapping around his neck as her fingers run through his hair "I know how I could break it. But then I also have this feeling you would run away from me. I don't want that so for now I will be good." leaning up she kisses his noise again before pulling away to walk ahead of him.
Yea this wasn't going to be easy for her. She normally would just go after what she wanted. But then she also didn't want to scare someone, and she didn't want to scare Lucius. Sighing she wraps her her arms around her waist thinking.

He jumped again involentarily, and shivered. Shaking his head slowly he tried to make himself smile, which wasn't that hard actually, He liked Kethara, but she was right, he had a feeling that is she had been any more foreward he probably would have freaked out.
He started to feel bad about it, and he decided that he would accept her help, and try to work through this issue he had. It was really starting to bother him.
"Hey Ara..." He said, again moving a little quicker to catch up, resting a hand gently on her shoulder. "Thanks... for taking the time to come eat with me..."

Kethara was slightly stunned when she felt the hand on her shoulder. Lifting her hand she place it on top of his then looks over at him smiling "No problem, your fun to talk to Luc. So its going to be fun." with a nod she turns looking up at the headquarters as the drew closer to it.
Stopping she looks at it, she jaw dropped slightly as she couldn't believe how much it had change. It wasn't what she remembered. Turning she looks at Lucius "Is this the headquarters?"

"Last time I seen it, yeah, that's it." He chuckled and ran a hand through his hair, shaking his head slowly before looking at it. "It's been where I've been going lately, I kind of read all of the books in the house at home, not that there really were that many, my mum reads some, and so does my dad... But there is so much to read in the library, and only a little of it I can actually read," He chuckled, and bowed his head slowly. "So uhm... what do you like to eat?" He wanted to know if he was going to embarass himself tyring to cook.

Kethara shook her head still slightly stunned. How long had she been sleeping? Turning she shrugs then smiles "Surprise me? How does that sound?" she took his hand as she push the door open stepping through.
She glance around the place in wonder, it had change so much, yet the isle seem to look the same to her. Turning toward him she giggles then hugs him quickly before she raced over to jump onto the couch.

Lucius chuckled and managed to supress the shudder that rised from her hug. It wasn't that it was a bad thing, it was just... something he was unused to. He smiled at her and headed towards the kitchen, walking behind the couch as he did. Looking over he bowed his head. "I will try my best, I'm not the best cook around..."
Really didn't read a lot of cookbooks, but he would give it a shot. He headed into the kitchen to give it a go.

Kethara turns resting her arms on the back of the couch before slipping off the couch. Turning into air she florats towards the kitchen watching him for a moment. Landing behind him she place her hands over his eyes as she reforms her body behind him.
Kissing at his neck she giggles then takes a few steps back attempting to act innocent. Or as close as she could get at this point.

Lucius jumped, and thanked the guardians that he hadn't had the burner on! He spun around, holding the pan and a stick of butter in his hand. "Erm.... uh..." He was blushing like mad. "Grilled cheese okay? I can make something more complicated..." He coughed lightly. "But this is what I'm best at..."

Kethara couldn't help herself but she like seeing him blush. With a nod she steps close to him "Grilled cheese is fine. And just wanted to say thank you for putting up with me. It means alot." leaning forward she quiickly brushes her lips against his before retreating.
She wanted to get him to relax, and sadly the only way to do that was to break the bubble around him. At least it was the only way she knew.

Lucius stiffened a little at the kiss. He didn't recoil, because, deep down he knew he was lucky to be getting one. He was suprised, and not only that, but every part of him was screaming RUN AWAY! Thing was, he couldn't... He'd promised to make her dinner... soo...
"You're welcome!" He squeaked before quickly turning around and turning on the burner, buttering the pan quickly and becoming totally lost in cooking the food. He really wished he didn't look rude, but he knew he had very little choice to prevent a total freak out.
He had NOT Been ready for that...

Relaxing on the couch she closes her eyes. She knew she caused him to freak out, but it was the only way she knew how to break his bubble. Laying back she closes her eyes humming to herself once again.
It didn't help that she was curious as to how he tasted also. Licking her lips she giggles to herself.

It took him a little while to calm down and finish up dinner, but once he'd managed to make it so that he wouldn't gobble and run, he slipped the sandwiches on the plates, and headed out in to the other room. He plopped down next to her, not too close, but close enough to be causal, and put the plate down. Licking his lips he ran a hand through his hair before saying. "It's not much, but go for it..." He chuckled.
This girl was going to be the death of him...
