I use photoshop mainly, and a bit of psp. =)
The main reason I posted this is because I'm looking for a program that I demo'd awhile back. I don't remember much about it, other than it's layout reminded me a bit of an oekaki board. Plus, it worked wonderfully with tablets (harder pressure gave a thicker line, etc). I think it had the word "Paint" in it, or atleast started with a "P".
So I figure if everybody posts the programs they use, it would refresh my memory abit. =)
