I was casting a circle and trying to contact the spirits tonight, on Halloween. Everything was going good (though meditating was a bit rough). When I asked for the spirits to tell me if they were there, I had to reword it two times. The last time I reworded it, I remember to use the words 'thee' 'thou' and 'thy'. It worked. Right outside my window, a sudden gust of wind picked up and blew leaves on my window, and then it stopped after three seconds or so. For the rest of the night, I haven't heard another gust of wind, or a breeze or anything I heard during my contact with the spirits. At least I believe it had been contact (however brief it was!) Anyone else do anything, or have anything like this happen to them?

i feel soo horrible that i wasnt able to do anything on Samhain. My parents dont allow it, and there was no way I could do anything. I tryed some circle-less (sigh) meditation, and I was shocked and scarred to realize how out of shape Ive gotten. Oh well. Looks like Ive temporarily lost what ever connection I may or might have had to the Goddess for the while.
I just need to work up those spiritual muscles and hope its not lost forever. Wish me luck.

I did it in secret in my room. I'm not so good at meditation, but I try. Don't worry, your connection will never be lost with the Goddess. I hope the best for you on your path to regaining your spiritual strength.

I wasn't able to do much that night outside of my usual meditation routine.
I went trick-or-treating for a good part of the evening, and when I got home I had very little time to do anything before going to bed, since I had to get up at 6.00 the following morning.
And Lucifer, I don't think that your connection to the Goddess will never become lost. heart

I went to a circle a few days before Samhain with my boyfriend's mom, but it was still to celebrate Samhain. I couldn't do anything on Samhain because of Marching Band practice. D'X

Anyone else do anything, or have anything like this happen to them? Hey... I'de be EXTREMELY careful when playing around with the spirit world. I've had odd experiences by just having a ouija board in a room with me. I'll never play with one for any reason. To mess with such a device is like begging a demon to possess you, your home, or someone in your home. So, if you want to use one or contact the spirits some other way, be my guest, but be very, very careful.
