I'm setting up a small development server/site on my laptop so I can code and test scripts at school xd

Anyways, phpmyadmin doesn't seem to want to work, I keep getting this...

Cannot load mysql extension. Please check your PHP configuration. - Documentation

I've checked the documentation, followed it fully and this thing stillw on't work. Any who's installed it got any ideas? confused

Have you checked your php configuration? phpinfo() is very useful for that sort of thing.

phpmyadmin installed automatically with apache2triad http://apache2triad.net/

try using myminiadmin it uses atlot less bandwidth and runs alot smoother.
