Open the two photos that your going to use (you can use the pictures I prove because they'd make the tutorial easier)

Copy the picture that your going to use as the face and paste it as a new layer onto the other picture (the one your going to use as the hair/body/whatnot). (In this case, I'm pasting Megan Fox ontop of Paris Hilton as a new layer)

Lower the opacity (transparency) to about 50% on the top image and align the eyes and lips up as best as you can. (with the Megan & Paris pictures, they should already place together perfectly. If your using other pictures then you'll most likely have to resize one or both of the pictures)

Using the eraser brush tool, erase the entire image and make sure that all of it is gone. Then still using the eraser brush toll and hold down on right-click put her face back. (You'll see that if your using the same picture then you'll till see some of megan's hair but that's so okay because that's what the next step is for). Also brung the opacity back up to 100%.

(If your using different pictures that don't have bangs in the way on the top or bottom image then lucky you, you get to skip this step).
Next you'll be using the clone brush tool, make sure that you zoom in and have a samll clone brush (around 11-17 size and no hardness) and clone out her dark brown hair (or if your using different pictures, whatever color the person's hair might be) and make sure you don't clone in eyebrows or anything like that. (now it's still sorta ugly but that's what the next step is for so don't worry)

(People who didn't have the probably with the hair, you might not have to do this step but if your manip is kinda strange looking then you definately want to come in now)
Now using the eraser brush tool again, make sure your using a sorta large brush with no hardness and erase/soften the edges around the face and if you did the cloning step, get rid of the strange cloning.

Now your finished.

But if you want to you can just play around if the picture and change up the clothes, hair, lips, eyes, or ect. Or you can leave it as is, it doesn't matter.
I just changed mine alot for fun, It actually looked better without all of that.
