Someone requested a tutorial on how to get the effect from this layout:

So here it is. biggrin
First you open your base or make it. biggrin
You duplicate your base and then set the blend mode to Screen, Opacity at 30%.
Next you add a new layer and open paint brush. Using a default round brush in white with no hardness and size about 150 make a solid line at the bottom of the blend. Then use Gaussian blur at 20%. Move Layer down a bit and then duplicate that layer and move it down and lower opacity to 50%.
Now you duplicate the first blurred layer (the one you blurred first) and you flip it and move it up so that it's not covering her eyes and is pretty high on her forhead. Then you duplicate that layer.
And Merge Layers.
Add New Layer and use Flood Fill with the color #001322. Set Layer to exlusion.
Duplicate background (Make sure this layer is under the blue one) Set to soft light and desaturate the layer.
Merge Layers
Add new Lyaer and use Flood Fill with the color #003466. Set Layer to Lighten.
Merge Layers and Sharpen Blend.
Now your done. You can now add borders, texts, and ect.
(If you want the name of the font used on the layout it's called 'Soft Hits', It's some font I got from a britney site so I'm not sure if they have it anywhere else or not)
