Before you enter, you see the giant Transylvanian mansion before it. It's obvious that it's old. The entire building is made of stone blocks, bound with gray mortar. It seems strangely steel gray in the fog and moonlight. It's perpetually night here, and the sun never rises. Somehow, the Mirandal U staff seemed to have teleported a very special part of Europe here for Halloween... wonder how they did that... hmm...
There is a black fence surrounding the entire grounds of the mansion. They're like rows and rows of black spears, sticking straight up into the air with stone pillar intervals that held niche for lanterns. The giant gates are much more ornate, but their two panels are made from the same material. Walking forth, it can be noticed that the pavement is entirely stone, and lined with little jack-o-lanterns the entire way up to the front door. To the right seems to be a massive forest that extended beyond the fence. Orange lights dance among the shadows... perhaps it should be checked out later! To the right is a dark garden labyrinth. Two white stone gargoyles mark the entrance. Faintly in the background, you see what might be a cemetary far beyond the mansion.
Let's take you inside where the REAL party is. Here you go, front hall! Black and white marble tiles for the ground with a beautiful double staircase of white marble... haven't we seen something like that? Oh yes, the Von Helson Mansion... Somebody's been cheating on the design! The walls are white marble as well, with torches blazing and beautiful floating crystal bowls of flames around the ceilings. The entire flame-lit room has a lambent beauty to it. If you look around, you might notice there are staircases everywhere and trapdoors... if you look hard enough. Lifting up the tapestries around this place might help you find a hidden door or two. The door under the balcony of the staircase formed bridge is open, and light comes from it. That will be the ballroom. Take a chance and walk around, you might find some fun game, new friends... your grave.
((Welcome to the Haunted Mansion! The Main Hall is where you write everything that has to do with the Mansion, but does not exist in an... existing room that's been posted. If you're going to go on a random adventure around here, here's where you put it. Have fun!))

Kira walked to the entrance of the main hall and stopped, Rivera's hand held firm in his. "Didn't they say to bring masks? Or something along those lines?" He asked curiously. "Oh well... This should work if we need masks" He said quietly and made a quick gesture with his free hand, causing three whit and black ornate porcelaine masks to appear. "Just press it to your face lightly... It'll stick..." He said, pressing his to his face. After he put his mask on he entered the hall and looked around. It was rather decorative, with a load of old decorations that held the gothic flair of most old mansions.

"They didn't say anything about masks." Vesper pointed at the flyer. "It just said costumes. This isn't a masquerade... you've been watching too much 'Phantom of the Opera'." She giggled and took her mask anyway, putting it on the side of her head like a kid's day kitsune mask. Rivera didn't really like going about in a mask. They always made her feel like she was suffocating. Instead, she jolted it with a light shock of violet electricity. The light wired around the mask and transformed it, turning it into a violet butterfly the size of a tea saucer. It flapped its wings and lit onto her pure black hair, resting on the side of her head with its ornately lined wings unfolded.
"Where to?" She asked.

"Okay then... But what do you have against Phantom of the Opera? It's a great opera that actuallly makes all the loud singing seem good for once!" Kira argued with Vesper, letting his mask disintegrate into small black and white wisps of air. "Rivera... I believe it is your decision on where to go... I'm just here to enjoy your company..." He told her lightly, kissing the hand he was holding."We could just stay in here and grab something to eat... Enjoy the music... You know..." He suggested.

Rivera nodded, a slight smile coming into her eyes. She nodded. "That sounds good..." She blushed even more when Kira's lips brushed her hand. For some reason, she wasn't completely startled by that. She understood why... but she couldn't comprehend the cause of the reason. Rivera thought as she walked towards the ballroom with Kira, hearing nothing of what Vesper was arguing about.
"I don't have anything against it, I just don't like operas! They're all for adults and people like that... I like puppet shows." Vesper batted at her bell with her tigerstripe-gloved hand.

"Yeah, whatever Ves..." Kira said, waving his free hand idly at her in a gesture that meant to buzz off. "What different emotions can you find through a puppet show? It's a bit annoying... But if you're so easilly amused... Here's some puppets..." He said moving his hand in a light circle, causing a group of small puppets to form. "So Rivera... I guess you want to go to the ballroom?" He asked curiously. "I never knew you danced from time to time..." He said simply.

Rivera shook her head. "I don't dance. But if you want the music and the food, that's where everything's set up... unless if you just want to grab some snacks here and head out to somewhere else..." By somewhere else, she meant the creepy exterior of the mansion or the hidden chambers within with all their traps and dangers. Even with her less restricted emotions, Rivera still liked dangerous things. She hated life without risks... and any risk was a risk worth taking... besides dressing up in entirely pink things.

"Maybe we can go get lost together in the maze outside... It would be fun to deal with whatever might be in there..." Kira said with a smile. "I get that feeling thats more up your alley?" He asked, smiling once more at the thouhgt of some dangerous fun. "Or we could explore around her... But I couldn't do it on an empty stomach of course..." He said easilly. "Although a dance with you would've been lovely..." He whispered under his breath.

Rivera blinked, still day dreaming as he was talking. Her mind was completely scattered among newly unlocked memories... she didn't understand them What the hell were they doing in her head? Vesper regarded the puppets with interest, but Rivera's expression was much more interesting to watch.
It was a few seconds before she snapped back into focus. "Oh, uh, dance... um..." She looked away for a moment, then kissed Kira on the lips out of nowhere.
Vesper did a mental sumersault! Yes! She remembers, she remem--
Rivera blinked, "Oh sorry. Memory flash... did I miss something?"
Nevermind... it wasn't supposed ot be that easy anyway... Vesper sighed and snapped her fingers.

Kira was extremely happy when she kissed him, but when it was just a memory flash, he sighed quietly in despair. "I said dancing with you would be lovely, then you kisssed me out of nowhere..." He told her simply. Giving her the whole truth. It was obvious Vesper was almost as happy as he was just by seeing the scene, but her sigh gave away her disappointment after finding it was a strange happening during a flash of memory.

"Hmm... Didn't think I was that agressive." Rivera muttered, embarrassed and angry at herself.
Vesper tugged at Kira's sleeve. "Psst!" She looked very anxious. Her draconian wings were twitching a little. Whenever she was uncomfortable, Vesper always has twitchy wings to show for it. "You've only got twenty days left... Please try to hurry up! Help her along the way, do something! I don't care, but if you die because you can't get her to love you, she WILL regain her feelings for you, and then she'll be hurt. She's nearly immortal, remember? The handful of spells that can be used to kill her aren't self-inflictable. Don't let her live her life out in misery!"
Meanwhile, Rivera was looking curiously at one of the floating bowls of fire.

"And you just remembered to mention this now?" Kira hissed at her. So I have to get her to realize her feelings for me or she'll live out her life in misery... This is just great... Won't be surprising if I end up a ghost if I die from this... He thought. "So Rivera... What do you want to do anyway?" He asked curiously. "You still haven't given me a direct answer... Or did you?" He wondered, not sure if she had said anything about what she wanted yet.

Rivera's eyes suddenly lit up when she saw a light out in the window... "Well... I've been dying to see some ghosts." Vesper suddenly broke out laughing hysterically.
"Dying to see ghosts, that's a good one!" She tried to stifle her giggling.
"Eh... that wasn't supposed to be a joke, but... whatever..." She patted her Draclite on the head. "Um... Wanna to to the cemetary? I dunno... there's nothing much to do at this party. But I did hear that if you lift up a certain gravestone, you can find this underground tomb cache with dead bodies and stuff everywhere. It sounded interesting to see some zombies..." She suggested shyly.

"Ghosts, zombies, whatever you wish I will be more than happy to accompany you..." Kira said simply. "Also if the place you're talking about is a catacomb we might find some fine wines there... Catacombs were used not only to bury the dead, but to store wine as well..." He said simply. He knew Rivera enjoyed things like champagne and wine, so he was hoping this might end up as a 'double wammy' as some people call it. "Well then... Shall we go now?" He asked.

"Um... Vesper will trust Kira to do his job right!" Vesper spoke up, blushing a little. "Vesper will wait here... she has a date..."
"Aren't you a bit... young to be dating?" Rivera blinked.
"Vesper is twice as old as Rivera-chan!" Vesper replied, "Vesper has more experience!"
"Whatever you say, Ves." She smiled, ruffling her hair, "Have fun, midge." She placed her hand on Kira's elbow and proceeded to leave.
