Have you ever tried to take the stem off of a cherry and tie it into a knot only using your tongue? My aunt told me to do it once.... I failed miserably.
I have also been told that some people can unwrap a starburst using only their tongues. I tried it and i failed again
have any of you tried ome of these?
have any of you ever been able to do that???
if you can.. tell us what the trick is so we can all do it

Umm, I can't do much with my tongue. Lol, I wish I could at least do that wave thing that ppl can do....
I can twist it though, like without using my fingers to twist my tongue. Interesting how some ppl can't do that. mrgreen

vi3tdorkness Umm, I can't do much with my tongue. Lol, I wish I could at least do that wave thing that ppl can do.... I can twist it though, like without using my fingers to twist my tongue. Interesting how some ppl can't do that. mrgreen My science teacher in 7th grade told me that it was a hereditary thing... of course i wasn't listening that welll and it was 3 years ago, so it might not be true i can make my tongue look like the top of a three leaf clover xd

Yeah last year it was not dominant or something like that in the gene thing….or maybe the other way around. I can ….i guess the best word for it is compress my tounge so its not flat… sort of like a tootsie roll or egg roll shape without help from my teeth or whatever…. ninja

I can do the starburst thing.. but I use my teeth along with my tongue.

I can't do either of those, my tongue is too big. XD;;
However, I can snap my tongue in my mouth, making a pop sound to rival clapping! domokun

i can't twist my tongue nor make it look wavey gonk
its genetics
but there was this one time where my cousins they were chewing gum and all these popping noises came from their mouth O.o
i asked my friend that and she said she could do it too and it had to do w/ using her tongue....

I can do the starburst thingy >.<...
But not the cherry stem one...
I've tried that many times...
ALMOST got it once, but failed gonk ...
I can also twist my tongue...
And do the three-leaf clover thingy...
I can even do much more O___o...

The only thing I can do is roll my tounge. I saw this on Ripley's Believe It Or Not, only 3 in 10 people can flip their tounge.

I was watching TV one time, and this guys can tie knots into the stems of cherries. I thought that dude was insane!!! xDD

I can do the Starburst thingy and the cherry stem thing.... And I can tie a knot in my headphone cord in less than 2 seconds... I can roll my tongue... I can't do the clover thing... OH! And I can wrap my tongue around things like radio antannae and leaves... it looks really cool.... And I think that's about it...OH!!! Wait!One more!I can make this really cool sound using my tongue and it sounds like a mix between a duck, pig, and dolphin!
