So, I send Hugh a letter and gift everyday, talk to him, do him favours... And that little Oinker thinks he's leaving without giving me his picture.
Well he's wrong!
Ever had a problem like this?

 I think some personalities are harder to squeeze pictures out of.
What personality type is he?

did you try circleing him every 10 mins for like 5 times a day so theres more a change he will notice you and give u a pic

I just got Rasher's pic. Yay me!
Also, whenever anyone exclaims at you, make sure you have empty space in your inventory or you might miss a chance. If you have to drop something for a few moments to clear space, then do so.

Yeah, some friends I had for a loooooong time (I mean months and months) will not give me their pictures. They just move away in a blink of an eye.

xX_Chinarox_Xx Within a week I got Moe's and Chevre's pics. but they're personalities are easier to get piccies out of. definitely, a lazy person's pic is easier to get than a cranky person. i know this is weird..... but get this..... i had kody in my town, and he left within 3 weeks. then he went to ma cousins town, and was there for 2 months, came back, second day he was back in my town (first day unpacking >_<) he gave me his pic! wow! lol.

It took me over a year and 4 different characters to finally get Bob's picture. That jerk kept telling me he gave it to me when he never did, so I would make a new character and try again, but I finally got it. I never let Bob move. He's been in my town since day 1.

I'm just so glad they added in the day of animals moving out where you can convince them to stay. It always sucked to go onto AC:GCN one day and find your favorite animal moved out without any warning.
