Tsubaya clan-AuroraAurora is an advanced blood line that occur in the people of the hidden twilight village do to the solar radiation. this allows them to create a new chakra type or Arora. by using this chakra they can create artificial elemental chakra allowing them to change there chakra type letting them use all elemental jutsu. They can also manipulate there chakra with all the elements allowing them to make powerful attacks.
