I can't find a way to reruit axel. Any one know how to get him on your team?

To do that you have to Unlock the Land of Carnage; and which is unlocked by getting all 16 maps from the Item world pirates. d>_>b...

Just talk to him their... Or do you need to talk to him before. ALso has to be during the chapters you meet him in the regular game.

You can use him in the land of carnage
You could also used a leveled up cell phone and he comes, but you can't control him but he's still there!!
