The neck of the woods is simply the end of the forest that is outside of Rokugai. This is preferrably the only place Suliais able to hide from other people while she trains or if she needs space. Most people won't find her out here since it is so far from Rokugai, but since it is out here, here territory is characterized by the skid marks all over the ground, and the torn up trees and boulders from extensive training. There is a small cave just big enough for her to walk into to sleep if she wants to spend the night along with several medical items inside a first aid box.
Since it is so far out, it means more likely a hollow will appear.
