Miho walked into her new home...a tiny little room tucked away on the top of a tower. It was wonderful! Although it was still completely bare except for a small bed against the wall to the left of the door. There was a small nightstand on the left of the bed, and a chest of drawers to the right. There was also a wooden rolltop desk taking up most the wall on the right. Directly opposite the door, there was a huge window with a stone window seat.
Miho crossed the room to the nice big window, dropping her bags at the foot of the chest of drawers. She sat down on the window seat, propping her elbows on the window sill and leaning her head on her hands. The view was gorgeous!
Still curled up on the window seat, Miho turned around and looked around the rest of the room. Every thing was made of stone, besides the wooden furnishings...really nice, though they would probably get rather cold during winter. There were a lot of things she had to do to get settled in.
Come visit or something...just knock on the door and see if she answers. She probably will, unless I'm offline sweatdrop

Miho went to the desk, picking up one of her bags as she went. She rolled up the top of the desk and plopped her opened bag on it. She started pulling out lots of paper and stationeries, tucking them away neatly into the many cubbyholes. When she was done, she sat back and smiled proudly, then sighed, knowing that in a few days, all that hard work put into organizing the desk would be gone to waste.
She pulled out a sheet of paper and picked up a pen, starting a list of things that she needed to do to settle into her new home.

First off, she would have to clean it up. The room had obviously been left empty for a while, and there was a lot of dust and spiderwebs. Spiders she was fine with...as long as they weren't in her room. She would have to go get a broom from somewhere...
She also needed to put carpets on the floor and draperies or tapestries or even just plain cloth on the walls to cut down on the chill. Also, it was rather bare, so...pictures and such would be good.
Curtains, too. And some sort of padding for the window seat. It would be perfect to curl up on when it wasn't quite as hard.

Miho sighed in relief and placed the broom and the dustpan in a corner of the room. Finally! It was done.
She looked around the room, smiling proudly. There was a warm rug in the middle of the floor and on either side of the bed so that she wouldn't have to step on cold stone first thing in the morning. The were curtains at the window and padding on the window seat. Pictures, posters, and some random art had been put on the walls, dust and cobwebs cleared out, bed neatly made, and bags put away.
It was wonderful!

Skull stared down at a piece of paper that Tammy had given him. He looked up at the door he was standing in front of, then raised an eyebrow, and looked back at the paper. Hope she put the right one down.....he thought with a sigh while reaching up to knock. He paused, sighed again, then knocked three times. He took a step back and waited for an answer.

Miho turned at the knock. Wonder who that is? I don't remember telling anyone where I'm staying yet... Miho shrugged and went to open the door.
She swung the door open, smiling. "Hi!" Um...I don't know this guy, do I? I don't think my memory's that bad...Maybe it's a wrong address or a delivery or something. I need to remember to get a peephole sometime soon... "Can I help you?"

He squinted at her, then blinked and shook his head. "Sorry......Tammy got the adress wrong...." he sighed and crumpled up the piece of paper, sticking it in his pocket. "Do you have a phone I could use?" he asked, raising his eyebrows and sticking his hands in his pockets. "I don't think I've got enough for a payphone."

Right...that's another thing I need to get. Knew I forgot something... Miho sighed slightly. "Well...I don't actually have a land line here, but you could borrow my cell phone if you'd like." She turned to go back into the room, wondering where exactly in her freshly organized room she had put her phone.
"So who were you looking for?" She rummaged through the desk drawers, figuring that it would have been logical for her to put it there.

"That'll be fine." he smiled a bit, then started messing with a bit of his hair distractedly. "Oh, I was looking for a friend's room.....she never told me where she was staying, and obviously......the one who gave me directions didn't know exactly where she was staying either..." he laughed a bit, then rubbed at the back of his head.

Miho nodded distractedly, still rummaging through her desk. "Um...I can't quiet remember where I put my phone...would you like to come in for a bit first?" She moved on to the bags that she'd stored under the desk, wondering if she'd left there, maybe.
"If you'd like, help yourself to a drink of some sort in the mini fridge just to the left of the door...there's water and Coke and juice, I think." Her voice came out from under the desk sounding vaguely muffled.

He smiled, then took a step in and closed the door carefully behind him. "Thanks..." he leaned down to the fridge and grabbed a coke, then stood up. He looked at it for a moment, then reached up and felt his teeth. He sighed and leaned back down and put it back in the fridge.

She looked up just in time to see him feel his teeth and put the Coke back in the fridge. "Is something wrong? If it's too cold for you, there's another pack of Coke next to the fridge..."
She gave up her search for the phone in her bags, and decided to check in her jacket pockets instead. As she was went to stand up from under the desk, she knocked her head on the table loudly and fell over, landing in a seated position. She sat there for a moment, rubbing her head.

"Not that, j-" he gasped when she fell down, then rushed over. "Are you all right?!" he asked quickly, taking one of her hands to help her up. "You should sit down....on something more comfortable than the floor."

She grinned up at him, letting him help her up. "Thanks. You're such a gentleman." She perched on the side of the bed, rubbing at her head again.
"Happens all the time. I'll be fine in a bit. What's your name, by the way?"

".....heh..." he smiled nervously and closed his eyes, rubbing the back of his head while his cheeks turned a bit purple. "Skull." he mumbled. "I don't like it really.....it doesn't sound right to me." he sighed, and dropped his hand back to his side. "What's your name?"
