Is it normal for girls around my age? I'm 14.

It might depend on what you mean.
Do you mean you spot before your period?
Yes, that is normal. Mine starts out as spotting, and does not really turn to a full period for at least four hours or so.
Do you mean after your period?
Normal again. I spot for like three days at the end of mine.
Do you mean you spot instead of getting a period?
Probably also normal. Girls start out very irregular and may spot for a while before getting a full period. I got a spot of blood something like a year before I got my period, with no other spotting in between. Periods are funny things. You can ask your school nurse, your doctor, or your health teacher too. I think it sounds like it is probably normal unless you have been spotting for a couple of years, or every day for like two months, or anything else that just seems like weird period behavior.

♥
Yes it is. If you clean your face with special spot stuff (you can choose which brand you like best) morning and night it helps.
