I had the chance to stumble over this commercial and damn near cracked my skull when I fell out of my chair while watching it!

For those who have never seen the two Foster Farms chicken puppets, they're nothing particularly spectacular on their own. But when you add a soundtrack by Los Tucanes de Tijuana, they become almost mythical in proportion!

The efforts of the two chicken puppets attempting to dig a tunnel into California from Mexico is a handy metaphor for all things unwanted in that state.

No sign of the commercial on YouTube or other on-line video sites yet.

I caught a showing of this unintentionally brilliant advertisement and I concur!

Since I don't understand the lyrics, I have no idea what the original song was about nor what the band added to make Foster Farms happy. But the outcome is so opposite what the intent was.

It kind of reminds me of the Dr. Tran cartoon "Roybertitos" (http://media.putfile.com/Dr-Tran-in-Roybertitos)
