Firefly was watching other fireflies floating trough the air in the night. The moon was shining bright and big over the numa land witch made it look very special sure it always where but in this light everything looked more amusing Firefly tought to herself and giggeld while she was laying on a rock upside down on her back watching tha area.
She flapped her small wings and held her paws right to her body while sweaping trough he air with her blue tail, maybe this what was other older numa's called romantic..

 Kai was laying under a tree, not too far away from where Firefly was floating. He was gazing up into the big nights sky, just staring peacefully at the moon above. It was so bright and beautiful. Kai couldn't help but wonder what was up there. Were there actually aliens? Or maybe the heavens that he heard so many people talk about. He wasn't sure. One thing he did know, was that he wished he could find out for himself.
Just then, Kai saw a shooting star fly across the sky, he followed it by turning his head. That was when he spotted Firefly. He remembered her from a few days ago, when he first met her in the park. Kai stood up, then brushed himself off and wandered over towards her.
"Good evening" he said with a warm smile on his face. "How are you doing today?"

The bright pinked colored girl had changed a little since he last saw him she had thiner legs and arms and she looked girler somehow. She moved her blue bangs from her face with one off her paws and peeked down at the orange numa she met a few days ago..Ahhh Kai~~ the pretty boi with the burning eyes. She smiled and felt a little warm inside when thinking off his burning eyes and the rest off his prettiness.
" Oh hey Kai! "
She landed infront off him within just a few seconds and stroke her head against his neck.
" So how have you been? "

Kai smiled warmly at Firefly.
"I'm doing good, how about you?"
Though he had only spoken with her, one time prior to today, he felt strangely close to her. Almost as if they had been good friends for years. Hearing her voice warmed his heart and made him want to be around her as much as possible. He figured this was what true friendship must have been like.
"Wow..you look different.." Kai looked up and down at Firefly, trying to put his finger on what it was that had changed about her.
"You look, older, prettier" He began to blush slightly "Not saying you weren't pretty last time we saw eachother"
Kai found himself to be babling slightly. His cheeks then turned a brighter red, and he turned his face away momentarily to calm down.

She flapped her big wings and put her paws on her hips and looked at herself she looked a little diffrent but not much she tought.
" I am great a little bored but great ^^ "
She leaned closer towards him and she put her paws around his neck and had problems not looking at Kai's eyes she always felt warm and fluffy when she was close to his warm body and looking into those burning eyes she was almost addicted ><;
" Awww thank you dear you look as handsome as you always been "
She blinked and wagged her tail tip he actually tought she was pretty she couldn't help to smile and blush very lightly but it was harder to see on her cheeks that was already pink.
" You are so sweet i could almost kiss you "
Now she found herself saying these strange things again and without knowing it she had kissed his chin 0wo

Kai's cheeks turned a bright cherry red. He wasn't quite sure what to say, or do. Even if she had only kissed his chin, he knew, or at least THOUGHT he knew what she meant to do. For a few moments, he just stood there, then without thinking he kissed her cheek. He wasn't quite sure if it would be too forward of him to go and kiss her on the lips, especially since they hadn't known eachother for too long.
"I...I hope that was okay" Though his cheeks weren't nearly as red as before, he was still blushing very badly. "I don't want to seem to forward" He smiled and conintued to just stand there, and gaze into Firefly's eyes.

Sure Firefly was embarrased too but not as embarassed as Kai, and she didn't understand really why she felt this way maybe it was because she was an adult and not a child as she tought in the beginning. Mayeb being adult isn't that bad if Kai is involved she tought and smiled..
" I am sorry...i hope you don't mind really i seem to act really strange around you "
She moved her head to the side a little so her blue bangs would move from her eyes. She sat there just looking at him too it was a nice feeling just sitting there but a little odd too.
" I don't think you can be to forward with me Kai...remember i am pretty forward myself~~ " she curled up his tail around Kai's back and continued to sit there.

Kai smiled and gazed into Firefly's eyes. "I know what you mean about acting slightly strange...I feel the same way around you" He blushed some more then continued "I will admit though, this is a very nice feeling and I don't want it to go away"
Kai felt lucky to have met Firefly. He had only just wanted a friend in the begining, but he felt as if he might have found someone who he could be more than friends with, someone he could love.
For a moment Kai wondered if this was moving too fast, they had just met after all. But that thought only lasted for a second, and then he shrugged it off and swished his tail slightly, as if he was playing a game similar to "footsy" but with tails.

Firefly nodded and agreed with Kai it was such an odd feeling but nice, she had always felt so childish and tought the other adult numas where strange but now she knew how the others felt and she was an adult after all and could find herself a new special someon..
" Heh i feel that i have eaten something strange like butterflies "
She laughed and pawned at her stomach and looked up at him again, then she wrapped her big pink wings around the orange male...so warm and nice it looked.
" So what are you thinking at? nothing to bad i hope? "

Kai smiled and nodded "Yes, I have that same feeling" He looked down at his own stomache, and then back up at Firefly.
"Honestly, I was thinking of how happy I am and how meeting you was something I never expected, but am very thankfull for" He smiled and blushed. He hoped he wasn't coming off as sappy, but he was speaking truthfully.

The pink numa girl smiled brightly and tought off that Kai was a very nice male a little shy but he still showed or tell her what he wanted, she liked that honest guys was always good <3
" Heh ok...aww that is such sweet words so are you hungry? i am starving lets go find something nice to eat besides candy...some nice fruit perhaps? "
Firefly tought her teeths would start hurting if she had more candy and her stomach still felt weird both from Kai and from food she tought. She let go off Kai and started to look around for any nearby food..

Kai followed Firefly, and started looking for fruit as well.
"Something other than fruit would be very nice" Kai replied as he looked up to his left and right for fruit.
"So what kind are we looking for?" As they both searched, Kai wondered what exactly Firefly was to him, and what he was to Firefly. Are they friends, or have they stumbled into something a bit more than friends. He wasn't quite sure, but even though they had just met not that long ago, he hoped it was more than friends.

She glanced bewteen the tree branches and sniffed with her pink nose god those fruits could be hard to find sometime maybe all these candy plants could easily grow in numa land? she didn't know but something else would be sweet..
" Hmm yes i would...my teeth hurt when i think off candy "
Firefly looked a little confused and had her mind set on something else then fruit really she had problems no thinking off Kai in just a friendly way and she was almost sure he didn't had someone sepecial...like he said he had almost just met her...maybe it would be weird asking if he wanted to be her boyfriend..did numa's really ask eachother that?
" Umm something nice like you~~ and i know this may sound silly but you know i am a very silly girl...but if no one else has claimed you as there boyfriend i would like to claim you as mine <3 "
Oh maybe that was a little to much but that was in the only way she could ask him in her childish silly way.

Kai blushed heavily, he had been thinking about asking Firefly something similar earlier, but wasn't sure how to go about it. Without much hesitation, Kai nodded and smiled. "Sure! I'd love to be your boyfriend." Kai felt a little silly for how eager he must have sounded just then, but it didn't matter. He was happy that Firefly had asked him.
As his cheeks cooled down, and became less red, Kai continued to look for fruit. It seemed that both he and Firefly were having little luck with this.
"I'm not seeing any fruit, how about you?"

Oh that was great! she felt much better now that she asked Kai it jsut felt so natrual and she had to snag him before someone else did she would definelty don't like if someone else hit on him or what is now called..She flapped her big wings and looked around..
" No i don't see anything and i can't eat you sweetie...maybe in another tree "
She flew off to the next one trying to see something there but just candy...she almost gave up when she tought she saw something that looked like berries on a small bush not that far away. She flew over there and found a few small blueberry bushes <3
