Just to update you on the computer problems that I have been having. I was given several good suggestions and I would like to thank you all. Today was not bad at all. I still have been receiving a few pop ups but nothing like I had been getting. No I will not be throwing this computer out the window blaugh . I wasn't on much today because I am helping a family member with a project he is working on so that is why I was'nt on much today. I don't want to say that the computer is fixed because I don't want to jinx myself, I'll just say I'm much better. Again thanks for all your suggestions.
P.S. I now know where I can come for any computer problems and I don't consider anyone that has knowlege about computer to be a geek or nerd I consider them to be a life saver.

I solve computer problems with fdisk lol
Back up all the files you want to save regularly...that way you won't have any frets about wiping the hardrive clean. I just wiped mine out the other day and it's working wonderfully now. You probably should do it every once in awhile anyways as the registry tends to get messy(that was the problem on mine).
