now what do i do with this PI?well if you tried to figure out the PI that means you have kept track of each thing you have caught, correct?
so you can then check your percentages to see if you can qualify for overall, as well as your scores for each individual lake.
now remember PI is not used to figure your scores for each individual lake as you will see.

here is a simple screen we will look at from my spread sheet i created to calculate my scores and see why i wasn't appearing on overall.
first please note the store price in that picture is the same as the scores listed above. that is how i know this works.
also look at the top row and left column. that is how i will explain where things are, just like a spreadsheet would. basically a grid.
the words "store price" are in F1
"bassken" is in A2,etc
now look in H11 and you will see
6800 which should be my score for bassken lake.
now lets check the rankings to find out.

well looks like i am right. both the rankings page (
http://www.gaiaonline.com/games/fishing/stats.php?mode=all ) and my spreadsheet show a score of 6800.
so all the other lakes must act the same way. possibly even the junk.
so we are going to say lake scores use this calculation.
individual fish times score, add together for each lake.
its that simple.
now to figure your percents you just simply use this one.
fish caught in lake divided by all things caught.
for bassken above we will look at it like this.
bassken FISH caught = 845 (found in D11)
total things caught = 4844 (found in D36)
845/4844 = .1744 = 17% (shown in E11)
and junk
does count when trying to figure out your percentages to see if you qualify for overall rankings.
well hope this helps anyone who wishes to try to figure out there own scores.
