What is Role-Playing?
This is what I used awhile back when I didn’t know what role-playing was or how to play here is some information I hope is useful.
For many people a role-playing game (RPG) is the “mature” or “advanced” versions of the games we play or our imagination. Each person creates a character he or she wishes to play (appropriately called a Player Character or PC)
The game takes place in the imagination of players. By visual aids such as pictures, maps, figures and other props. Role-playing can also be likened to improvisational theater where everyone involved in the game must respond to the actions or decisions of other players.
Game Master ((A typical role-playing scenario requires a handful and one person to run the game))
Before you play keep this in mind…
·Role-playing is not a competition!
·Use facial expressions, body language, and different of voice to better portray your character thoughts and actions to other characters.
·Never act out combat in real life.
·Conflicts between characters is okay but not between players!
Rules
Role-Playing Guildlines
((Failure too not obey these rules will result as banned or suspension.))
· The Role-play must be PG 13
· No heavy swearing or cursing
· Auto hitting is not allowed
· You must introduce your character before you role-play
· Please be realistic!
· Must have role-playing experience ((good spelling, dialogue but you don’t have to be perfect))
