I was just wondering if anyone out there read/wrote fanfiction. I do, on both accounts. If you write or read it, feel free to post here. I enjoy the good fan type story.

I do both original fiction and fanfiction. I also read a bit of fanfic, but I tend to get scared off by bad writing.

Unlike the previous posters I enjoy most types of fanfiction - even the bad kind. Mostly because I mock it in MST form sweatdrop .

I write many different fanfictions. I am currently working on a Snape story. I heart snape. But I also hate it when I find terrible writers who only are writing because they want to make their favourite characters DO something OOC...

I like FanFiction, both reading and writing, but I rarely post up my stuff. I prefer making new characters in the same world instead of using the main charries. I have no problem with other people using the origional charries, but I really dislike when they make a character act out of, well, character. Ex: in Harry Potter, Malfoy would NOT start crushing on Hermione.

I tried writing a fanfic once, but it just turned out horrible.
The best fanfic I have read to this day was a Minesweeper fanfic. eek Then again, I don't read a lot of it regularly, due to the massive amounts of crap out there.

I have only one good fanfic, and I haven't written it yet because I'm a lazy bum.
Actually, I did write one with a good premise once. I wanted to write about an issue in my life, but didn't feel comfortable using the original people or even making up my own. But it would so have to be rewritten like 10 times to be any good. It was back in the day when I used fanpanese.

I have two penames on fanfiction.net one being naked lowlife evacuation and the other xRubySohox. On naked I have fanfiction from various different tv shows, books ets and on Ruby I have my new snape story.

I mostly read HP fanfics and I've been lucky enough to not come across a crappy one yet. I wrote my first ever last night though, but I'm not sure I'll post it anytime soon. I need to revise it a lot (I actually made little notes in the margin as I was writing it). I don't usually write fan fics because I'm affraid that I'll not stay true to the characters. I like writing origional fiction more. ^_^
