The chalkboard read 'fire breath', 'sleep gas breath', and 'very talkative'.

Alaqua walked down the hallway, looking up at the room numbers as she passed each door. The koala girl was followed by a rather reluctant looking dragon. They were going to another class. He did not like classes. Bob snorted as Ala stopped outside of a door.
"Okay, Bob. Now remember: quiet." The brass wyrmling glared at being reminded of that stupid rule. The teachers got to talk and sometimes the kids. But no one let him talk. No fair.
Ala opened the door, waiting until Bob had entered before making her own way in.

Olly wandered down the hallway, a little nervous, as was usual. He needed to start taking classes regularly, as Kami had told him. He'd taken a rather enjoyable break after Trace had hatched, but now it was back to studying. This shouldn't be too bad, he told himself...he would get to learn more about Trace, afterall! Hopefully no scary things would pop out at him this time...
Trace followed right at his side, glancing about. He'd never been to a class before, but was certainly curious after Oliver had tried to explain it. He chirped and clicked excitedly, and chirred when the camel boy gave him a pat.
"Here it is...I think this is the right room, anyway." he said, and opened the door to slide in and shut the door again once Trace had entered. He blinked, surprised to see another Brass dragon, along with it's keeper. Putting on a shy smile, he wandered in to find a seat, glad that there weren't a crowdful of other kids. "Hello..."

Peri looked up after the boy had entered. This was one of his rare classes that had more than one kid in it. Hopefully it wouldn't end up like the last one. "Hello. My name is Mr. Coleman. To start off the class, do either of you have any questions?"

Olly tugged Trace close and shushed him gently, relieved to see the dragon quiet down. He knew at least some of the things Olly told him to do now. He looked up to the teacher, ears perking to listen. Questions? "No, no questions, yet." he said with another shy smile.
Trace chirrupped lightly as his companion shushed, and peered up at the teacher, then to the other dragon and student. How peculiar...that dragon looked very similar to himself. He yawned and continued to survey the classroom, tail tapping the floor lightly.

Ala glanced over at the other boy as he answered. "I do! Why does Bob like to lick the grass in the mornings?" She looked over at her dragon, who huffed in response. He stared at Trace for a moment, then settled beside Ala on the floor.

Peri chuckled a bit. "Brass dragons love dew drops, for some odd reason. Your dragon's just licking them up." His mind, however, was adding this girl to that long list of a kid who gave her dragon an odd name. Most of them seemed to. Well, when he came across a dragon named Spike, he'd probably have to scream.

Olly chuckled softly at the funny question, and ran a hand down Trace's neck, watching and listening as the teacher answered. Trace did plenty of weird things himself, but Olly was a tad shy to ask much yet. He was sure he'd think of some as the class progressed.

"Oh," was Ala's response. "What else do they like?" That way, she could warn her mom of anything else Bob might do that would be strange.

Peri glanced over at the boy again. He didn't seem to have any questions yet, so he went on to answer the girl's question. "Well, they like warm and dry. They also like organic artwork. Like cloth or sculptures out of wood, things like that."

Olly smirked lightly. Trace did happen to love a certain woven blanket that sat on the back of the couch in the apartment, so that answered that, he supposed. He'd not noticed anything else, as the apartment wasn't as heavily furnished as the house was.
Trace chirred as he listened to the man speak, glancing from Olly and then back to the teacher.

Ala thought of the brass dragon's stick and grinned. She couldn't think of any more questions, so she just patted Bob's head and looked at Mr. Coleman.

As the girl didn't sprout out another question, Peri assumed she had no more and glanced over at Olly. "Do you have any questions?" If the boy didn't, he'd just move on to cover the stuff on the board.

((awfully sorry for the delay >< past week's been hectic schoolwise.))
Olly blinked, and then perked. "Will the dragons learn english eventually?" he asked, glancing at Trace. He really hoped they would, and had read some dragons could speak english, though those books probably weren't official, exactly. Trace already made a lot of noise, and had also said some funny words which Kami had told him were dragonic, the language dragons were born knowing how to speak.

((Tis okay.))
Ala glanced over at the boy. That was a good question. Though, as much as Bob talked, her mom might not be happy if he were to learn English. He did like to make noises a lot... and they had told her when she went to see her egg that brass dragons liked to talk.
