It's okay, though it's the style in which you drew your OC in the picture. Here's a critic and hopefully it helps, since it's not to be mean or anything like that. Your character is a bit to square, female characters have curves. We are just straight down people. Her knee's are a bit too high up as well. If you were going to give her baggy pants you would make them poof out, if they were going to be tight fitting pants then they would form to her figure. Same for the top, though if the top was baggy it might look at though she's flat chested though it also might not. It depends upon the characters bust size. Well hopefully this helped you, because I too love to draw OC characters with one's from anime's.

The proportions are very strange. Try posing in front of a mirror or searching for the pose you want. 3nodding
