Anyone know a good place to get new banners for cheap? I can't seem to make a professional one. sweatdrop

I have photoshop, so I could possibly work on it. Don't count in it though, as I'm incredibly lazy.
All I'd need are:
Dimensions (pixel x pixel)
General colors
General style
Renders (Pictures, preferably cut out already [transparent/white background])

Dimensions: 200 length times 40 width.
General colors: Orange, as well as red or yellow.
General Style/Pictures: The logo of the Tempest with colorful wind(aka red, orange, yellow), and a great text: The Tempest Union.

I'll be creating a couple for this guild, because I believe this guild is promising and I have nothing to do. Don't bother with the banner information, I'm just gonna go crazy and make multiple default banners. Mainly because I haven't made anything in awhile and I don't feel like role playing at the moment.

What sucks though, I tried floating the image then rotating it, it still kinda moved up each rotation. I also gotta re-save the banner because it's all distorted so replacing it wont be a hassle.
