With the growth of the guild I have been deleting a lot more threads, this can be expected with growth. I understand that people may not see a sticky when they first join, or are not sure of posting rules.
So for those of you who have a hard time with what to post and what not to post, and what to do with it please continue reading.
At the guild we like productive posts, meaning something that people can use, find useful and INVOLVE Bleach, and hopefully IchiRuki.
Read all of the stickies before posting something-PLEASE. It doesn't take long.
you are NOT allowed to post links to downloads of any official english episodes of Bleach. Linking to fan edited videos, AMVs and manga scans are ok at this time. Posts involving download links will be edited or removed as we see fit. Thank you.

Things I will delete if I see:
Repost of stickies, things that don’t involve Bleach, advertisement and things that don’t involve our guild directly.
The things I listed above are considered as spam in my eyes, something we don’t want filling up our forums and is generally annoying.
If you accidentally post something that is considered “spam”, please send a PM to either me, or Rukia-San. We will happily delete it.
IF I have to find it on my own on my weekly thread clean out I will put a warning next to your name on my guild roster. 3 strikes and you are out. This is to prevent abuse in the forums and to make it easier on me. If you are removed I will put reasons (direct reasons, thread titles and dates) as to why you are being removed.
You MAY re-apply for the guild if you can somehow prove you have changed your ways, but if you repeat the offense you will be permanently removed.

Please send me a PM with the link to the thread, I will give you points in the sticky of <3 and you may find yourself being a crew member soon :3

I hate it when people use l33t, I understand this is a personal preference, but it really makes things easier to read if you type correctly.
With this I will tolerate a degree of “l33t speak” If the title of your thread is in all caps, or not understandable I will either change the title myself (if I find the thread worth keeping) or delete it on spot.
In the picture thread please make your images thumbnails, its not that hard, there is a tool on photo bucket to do this FOR you. It makes it easier for those of us with slow computers, and slow net connections.

This is a given, there have been no offense so far but I can easily see it happening. With picture posting please please please! Keep your images pg-13. If I find one to be inappropriate I will delete your whole post, even if only one was offensive. With that, I would like to make the picture posts more organized, if you have any suggestions of how to do with please PM me.

Crew, vice captain and member status
I am guilty for being very shaky with this, with Failynn’s unofficial resign from the guild I have been watching for new possible staff. If you are added to crew, then congrats. Please keep active if you are. If I add you to crew or even to vs. then please help me out with guild work, if you don’t want to then just PM me back saying thanks but no thanks, that’s all it takes.
If you are inactive or I don’t hear from you I will move you back to member. you can not get banned if I add you to crew and you don’t do anything because I understand I am moving you, and therefore you may not want to. ^^
New members
We are getting an average of 5-10 new members every few days, insane compared to the 2 or 3 a week we used to get. Greet new members and help them out. ^^
