Wow...your avatar reminds me of a young Ted Kopel...we were the best of friends back in college...running through fields of flowers, baking cakes, sock puppet theater...it was all fun.
I do believe that me and Ted Kopel had fallen in love with one another...those beautiful blue eyes, warm smile, 3 1/2' p***s, way of words, and sense of humor.
I had always wondered to myself "What happend?" just until recently...when I remembered.
It was Valentine's Day & we had a hang out session planned at a local baseball field...we were going to lay there on the ground and watch the stars. That was the night I was going to ask his hand in marriage.....but he never showed up.
I'd called him several times that night, and the following week because I hadn't heard from him.
We never spoke again.
I miss him a lot....I'm just glad he is happy, though....that's all I ever wanted.
