The ear is a little elf-like, but it's definitely attractive.

Whenever I draw portraits they usually have no ref and come from nowhere, but this one is especially neat since it is realistic yet still stylized (eyes, etc.)

it's weird, but i'm not sure i like the way you've cleaned out the paper from the background.

it's kid of like..there's not much point in hiding the fact it's a sketch.

but then, sometimes i do like it, and the 3 dimensionality of the sketch really stands out like a marble or clay sculpture against and white background.

the hair looks really flat and helmet like. definition of the roots where they would be visible in a part seem to be missing.
