Well, actually, the more bells you plant the higher percentage it grows. 1,000 bells =1%. But the max a tree can drop is 90 bells, so that would be 3 30 bags of bells. You may plant 90,000 bells= 90%.

I think I'll try 50,000 because I might still get a profit of 40,000 but there's at least a P chance to get the tree.
Unless this is a really bad idea...

Doesn't Feng Shui have something to do with this, also?

When the money tree is fully grown, does it show 'money bag' fruit, or does it just look like another tree?

Well I went on a "Myth Buster" and the two main points were:
Same rules as normal trees (not to close to rocks, the sea, etc). More money = More chance of a successful tree
Although personally the most I'd plant is 30k in bells since it only has three "fruits"/bags of 30k each (so yes you make 90k in bells) but the big draw back is it only fruits once then it becomes a normal tree.

Do you actually have to water them?
And if so, how often?

I don't think so. I have never watered a normal tree, cedar, fruit tree, etc, and they grow just fine. And since it acts like a normal tree, I doubt you need to water it at all...

You don't have to water regular trees...So....I'm guessing you don't have to water Money Trees.

Is it possible to have more than one Money Tree planted at any given time?
And is there any outward sign of difference between a money tree and a normal tree?
