  Maybe...
Like? I AM a turtle, dude.
  Nah, not that interesting.
I eat them like potato chips. (Choose this option and you will never be forgiven.)

What is it for you? I always love the following:

Two spoons hot cocoa mix - Swiss Miss, nothing fancy.
A cup of boiling water, for mixing.
One tablespoon heavy whipping cream.
Fifteen chocolate chips, because that's how old I am.
And a spoon!

Never fails to stimulate creative energies. 3nodding

I'm the meditative type. If I'm having trouble, I sit back and take a few deep breaths, and the answer tends to drop into my lap.
Sure saves on trips to the bathroom! 3nodding

Chocolat.

Doesn't matter what kind as long as there's chocolate in it.

And homemade icetea. Yum. ^^

Usually it's music- I pop in a CD and let the ideas flow.

Music or a random quote from my friends kicks me into high gear. Other things are too relaxing, and make me fall asleep, ya know? XD

EDIT: And if you mean food, it's gotta be green tea and popcorn. YESSSSSSSS. With the occasional gummi worm and chocolate bit thrown in.

Music or telling someone about the story usually works wonders for me. The latter even more than the former since I've gotten lots of inspiration just from telling someone a bit about my story and letting my mind just come up with ideas and tell them as I'm talking about the story.

Sweet tea. Good old Southern sweet tea. Nothing fancy about it. And music for whatever mood I'm trying to write (like if it's something evil, then Sephiroth's theme from Advent Children).

I have a book of writing prompts that help get the juices flowing, and if that doesn't help a nap is always useful too.

Oh well...hm tiz a lot of things I do...

Normally I open Itunes and blast my music till I get ideas from a random song or lyrics. Sometimes I lay on my bed with my head off of it so I'm upside down, I read, I eat oh yes get ready for this...Peanut Butter and a TON of sugar mixed in...it is known as Stump. Oh yes very nummy. Yeah, basically that’s all. razz

Music and tea help, but usually putting my hair up is the best thing I can do. It gets me in the right mind-set.

Cooking. And I don't mean pop a T.V. dinner in the nuking box. I mean making spagetthi from scratch, or making key lime pie, or trying a new recipe. Only problem with this is its hard to write when holding a spoon. XD

Actually, doing almost anything other than writing helps. Taking a walk, talking about it with my little sister, eating chocolate, playing video games. Sometimes all my mind needs is a litte break.

But cooking is best. So is talking to my sister. She's like the other half of my brain sometimes. If I'm stuck, I'll tell her about it, and she'll say one word, and suddenly I'm not stuck anymore.

Yay for having one soul in two bodies!
