The Dorm Hallway
This long hall stretches from the top of the crested stairs until what seems to be infinity. The doors that line each side are heavy wooden doors, the brass numbers matching the knobs exactly. The carpet was still new looking, as though it had never been walked upon. Small tables dotted the hall every so often, perched upon them a vase and hanging above it some sort of painting.

Shiori smiled as they walked into the dorm hallway.She was tired from flying all that way,and she slouched up against the wall."Im......tired now..."She gave a small smile as her wings drooped against her back."That was fun!"She stood up feeling a bit better and looked up and down the hallway for her dorm."I think this is it..."She peeked open the door seeing no one inside..."Its empty..."Though when she looked in the corner she saw her bags were already in there."Hey my stuff is here!"

Tchai peeked inside the door and saw her stuff, "Hey, that must mean that...well, my stuff's in my room too?" He walked down the hall and opened up the door. Inside his room was a small leather sack with all of his belongings inside of it, "yep they're here..." He said as he closed the door and walked back to Shi's room. He walked inside and hugged her, "yay Shi!"

Shiori giggled as he gave her a hug,and she blushed a bit staying as still as possible.She started pulling out her stuff hanging it in the closet and making up her bed.It was just white sheets and a blue cover to go on top.She pinned band posters to the wall and set a lamp on the desk near her.She also hung up a little board above the headboard,and pinned pictures of her brother on there.She plopped down on the bed smiling at Tchai."You should go get your room ready too."She yawned seeing what time it was.Out of the window you could see all three of the school.The most noticable was Rakki with its beautiful cherry blossoms trees."So pretty out there.."

Tchai looked at the pictures of her brother that she had put up and felt a small surge of jelousy.
Man...he's hot....and Souno's gonna fall for him...
He followed Shi's gaze out the window at the flowering tree, "I have two minuets of unpacking to do, and that's mainly clothes....that tree is beautiful....almost like you..." He had involentarily said it and his mouth was gaping open. "I'm so sorry!" He turned bright pink.

Shiori opened her mouth widely hearing what he had said.Then she started giggling,lightly at first and then harder and harder.Soon her face as a bright pink,as pink as the cherry blossoms."Thank you...Tchai..."She smiled and ran over to him giving him another hug.Still having her arms around his neck,she twisted her head backwards as she saw a car."Oh my god thats my brother car! He is here! "She ran over to the window to see him pulling into the sinful wings school driveway.Her phone beeped again as she ignored it."Yep,that would be him alright."She smiled back at Tchai giving him a small wink.She looked at the pictures of her brother and smiled."He is hot right? I know even though its kind of weird to say that about your brother.This girl does like him in out home town .though I dont think he likes her back."

Tchai looked out of the window and then back at Shi, "ya...are you kidding? Your bro's a stud!" He laughed to himself, the awkward moment broken by her brother's arrival. He blushed softly to himself and looked at his feet for a bit.
Too close for comfort my friend....too close for comfort....You just met this girl....nobody would want you anyways...

Shiori laughed again walking back over to him."Your so funny.."She gave a smile and blushed a little bit."You seem deep in thought what are you thinking about?"I want to ask him somthing though I think he will say no...I dont care....Ill ask him anyway.Ill always like him no matter what he says.She took a deep breath and slowly let it out."Tchai.....I-I-I love you!"She was blushing her face a little flushed."Will you be my boyfriend? I know,I know we just met and all,but Ive never felt this way around someone before..."She tried to smile,but found she was just staring at the floor.

Tchai was slightly taken aback, and then he bit his lip. "Shi...I...love you too, but I'm not boyfriend material...I'll just break your heart..." He took another deep breath and stepped forward and lifted her chin, "You mean alot to me hon, don't doubt that." Then he leaned forward and kissed her softly on her lips, before pulling away. "I just don't want to hurt you."

Shiori smiled as his lips brushed against her's."You wont break my heart.In fact it was broke to begin with,and you healed it."She smiled leaning against his chest."Tchai...no matter what I could never hate you if you did break my heart.What makes you think your not boyfriend material anyway? Your the best guy Ive ever met!"She smiled ruffling his hair a little.She went back over to her bed and stopped...looking back at him."Ill be a minute hold on."She grabbed some clothes out of the closet, and went to go change in the bathroom.In a moment she came out with VERY short shorts and a string tank top.Her pajamas were grey silk and very comfortable."Ah I feel better now."She sat on the bed staring out the window smiling.

Tchai sat down on her floor and looked at her floor, "I'd break your heart...and I can't do anything about it..." He slowly tried to explain.
I don't want to tell her....I don't want to tell her....not about Sou and me....not about us....about how we....no....she can't find out....she'll hate me....
"It just wouldn't happen, you'd hate me...." He sighed and wanted to be invisible.

Shiori shook her head not seeming to accept that fact."I could never hate you...never..."She smiled hoping it would make her feel better."You can always tell me if something is wrong.People....hate people because they're different.I cant stand that.....people should be loved because they're special.A person's history is just the same..."She laid on her bed and pointed weakly to a chair by her desk."You can sit down if you want..."She rolled on her side covering her head with the blankets."Gosh...that fly today took alot out of me.You run really fast you know it?"She gave a small giggle,taking the covers off her head.

Tchai got up and wearily trudged to the chair, like a man on his way to hang.
damn it...damn ********> His mind simply stopped after this last thought as he began to speak about the truth.
"Shi...shi...I've..." He took a deep breath, "I'm in love with my brother, not just brotherly love, but....love love. We've..." He cut himself off, best not to hang himself too quickly. He thought back to his brother, giving him a goodbye kiss for the time being this morning and telling him he'd be fine.
You were wrong Sou...you were wrong...

Shiori didnt speak for a moment just laid there....Then she shot up off the bed and sat in his lap,getting awfully close to his face.She just giggled as if it were all a joke."Are you serious?! My brother ....that happened with his cousin...."She laughed a little blowing her hair out of her face."I dont hate you for it..its fine with me.We can just be bestest of the bestest friends!"She gave an evil little smile trying to make him laugh."I bet you fifty yen that my brother falls for your brother...."She laughed a little more thinking of how that would be."Im serious your brother sounds just like mine,.....though he is cery cold at times."

Tchai leaned forward and kissed Shi hard on the lips, softly biting them. He leaned forward and whispered into her ear, "I'd like it very much if we could be a little more than friends." He slowly licked her earlobe and then kissed her cheek.
Thank god for her cousin and her brother, that saved me. Maybe Sou and this guy will hook up, that'd be wierd. He wouldn't ditch me entirely though, would he?
