What do you think will happen in Immortal Rain Six? -dramatic music plays- Who will die? If Ys dies, I'll feel really bad for Sharem. Well...If Jileena dies...Can't say she doesn't deserve it...If Rain dies I'll be pissed...If Machika dies, I'll be really pissed. If Ayla dies, I'll cry. Er... ( TT.TT All of a sudden, my current state.) If Eury dies, my friend will eat me...Yeah, so... --;;;

I voted for Ys/Yuca, but then I thought that Sharem could die as well... I think she should die, anyway, just because of all the grief she's caused everyone. mad

Hmmm...I'll just say everyone will die! No I'm kidding. I really can't pick one. I would like to say Ys but that's too predictable you know. But maybe this is that kind of story and he does. Maybe Sharem will kill herself is Ys dies....

I have a nagging feeling that this could be a tragic manga. If that's the case, then Machika will die before Rain kills Ys/Yuca. He did say, after all, that he needed to make Rain suffer so Rain would remember him. sad

If Yuca dies he'll just come back and Raine will just have to wait for him more....and what would that acomplish?
I"m thinking they're going to have to find a way to totally elminate Ys to stop the cycle.....otherwise there can't really be an end.

There would have to be a way to kill him, yet keep him from being reincarnated. Perhaps keeping him alive, yet immobile or invalid would do the trick. Yuca is clever, though, so even that might not be enough. There must be some part of him that keeps him wandering the earth. If he were like Rain, a crushed heart would seal the deal; however, he seems to be slightly different from Rain, since Yuca "created" Rain in a sense. We also haven't known Rain to die, either, so we don't know if he would be reincarnated, although that seems to be the most likely conclusion, since Yuca alluded to it. Still, though, we have no way to kill Yuca, as of now. Bugger that. Anyone have any other ideas?

I thought that maybe his cycle could end by destroying his heart, yet he being the creator.....and he is very smart indeed. I'm not sure anymore.

hmm.....maybe they can keep him in an ice thing like that Freya lady....though he'll probably get outta that to, huh? ohh, keep him in a tube thing like they did those clones in my video game or in a cyrogenic(not sure I spelled that right sweatdrop ) prison like that movie I saw with Sandra Bullock as a cop in the future.

What's interesting is that if you read the synopsis for the 6th book at Tokyopop, it only mentions Machika once... Which makes me speculate a few things....
1: Could it be that Machika dies since she was forced out of the window... and Rain couldn't get to her in time...?
2: If the above did happen... then is Ys/Yuca lying to Rain to cause Rain pain after he finds out what really happens?
3: Who is that other figure on the final cover of the 6th book? He doesn't look familiar... So is he a new character? Is he the 'mysterious new player' mentioned in the synopsis...?
4: Could this 'new player' be someone from Machika's past that we don't know about? What about her grandfather...?
5:Also... it says Rain gets seperated from Machika.... how does he save her this time...? Calvaria is....what..? over a hundred stories high...
6: Where are Machika's parents..?

I have the feeling he's an assassin, so he probably does know Macika. Maybe he saved her from falling, or something. And her grandfather's dead. Besides, they don't look the same. 5. The question is IF he can save her. 6. I don't know.

Indeed. Machika never mentioned her family, with the exception of her grandfather... It's possible she has a brother. wink
