 Japan: June 7, 2007US: April-June 2008The most anticipated Harvest Moon, I think, is that of Harvest Moon Wii. Not too much is known about the game yet (unless you can read Japanese whee ), but we do know that swinging the Wii remote in a certain way will correspond with how you use your tools. NEW INFO!! Here's some tantalizing new tidbits on Harvest Moon Wii, taken from Ushi no Tane. ^_^ Ushi no Tane Wii in Japan | Posted at 13:28 on 03 Nov 2006 The Nintendo World event is currently going on in Japan and the development version of Harvest Moon Wii is playable on the show floor. To hoe the field you swing down using the Wii-mote, and swing left and right to sow seeds. The game displayed at the show is not the full version but allowed for players to pick from 3 different mini games. If you want to see someone playing the game check out this page here.

THE HARVEST MOON HEROES CONFUSION Some people have been going around calling this game "Harvest Moon Heroes." Let me tell you, it's NOT going to be called that, at least not on our shores. Here's where that cofusion started: Wikipedia.com During E3 2006, new Wii games published by Marvelous Interactive were being announced. Two of these games were Harvest Moon and Heroes, a game in development by Grasshopper Manufacture. The line-break between the two game's titles was missing on several E3 reports, resulting in their name being combined into Harvest Moon Heroes. In the December issue of Nintendo Power the name was confirmed as Harvest Moon Heroes in Japan and Harvest Moon Wii elsewhere. So there we have it. 3nodding
