I think I've upgraded to "Veteran's Girlfriend."
I am fine. =3 Disappointed I won't get to finish this doll I'm working on before I leave. Frustrated that I can't think of anything else to add to it. x.< It's...such a beautiful base. If only my uncle would find what he needs to fix his computer.

That sucks, the other thing that sucks is that this guild's gotten pretty dead sweatdrop But it happens hopefully it'll become live again

He made it home for the holidays which was very nice indeed. <3 But he heads back to his base tomorrow morning. Won't be able to see him for a year since I have to work towards my comission.
It was cute though, because we have a little saying since I'm going Air Force and he's Army; 'You jump, I'll fly.' So he bought me a pilot's insignia, a parachutist insignia, and 2nd lt. ranks for christmas. As well as paying for a lot of other things. x3
Looks like his unit might be headed off to the 'sandbox' this summer too or at least very close to it.

i know this guy that i really likeHes a marineI talk to him all the Time on Yahoo IMHes leaving to iraqI never told him that i liked him...heh! he said when he comes back he'll want me to teach him how to surf, i said yes...but every time i try to tell him i cant bring myself to do so...Im going to miss him very much, i just hope he comes home safe! cry

John is over in Germany right now..and its getting harder with each passing day. He is SUPPOSED to come back to the states in August because his division is being disbanded. He was told though that they probabely will change his orders and stick him someplace else.
I just want him to come back to the states..and for our wedding date to come.

Unless orders change, it looks like he'll be visiting Iraq in spring of 'o8.
Meanwhile he's still in Germany, they'll be going to Hungary [I think he said] for a while comming up as well.
Since he knows I'm going to BT soon myself [either late summer or early fall], he says he's going to try and get leave for early July for a week.
Even though I talk to him on the phone everday, it's still not nearly the same as seeing him and talking to him in person.

My husband is in connecticut on temporary orders, for medical, he has been there for 11 months and I talk to him everyday on the phone but I would give anything to be with him there. I know he's not over seas, but he isn't with me and our son either, our son is going to be 1 on saturday and unfortunatley my husband is going to miss that.
