The Shifters Castle is large and old. Becuase of this part of it are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. It has many levels and four towers. One tower is in the Queen's Chambers and an other is in her Advisor's Chambers. The castle is warm and comforting with servants alway ready to help you, if you stay on thier good side. There is an area for guests which is decorated with things from other kingdoms.  ((You rp here))

Renee wandered down the halls of the castle with one purpose in mind: To find Sylvanya. She wanted to check on her neice before she had to tend to her daily duties.

Sylvanya du Coeur, Queen and sole ruler of the Shifter Realm, sat by her window as flashes of memory whipped past her eyes. Closing them didn't help so she did nothing, tryign to focus her eyes on the flowers outside her window.

Renee gently knocked on Slyvanya's door.
"Are you in there, dear?" She called to her neice.

Sylvanya sighed and nodded to the window. "Yes, of course." She said, but continued looking out the window.

Renee carefully opened the door and entered the room. She saw Slyvanya sitting by the window, staring out it. Something was obviously troubling the younger woman.
"What's the matter?" Renee asked, softly setting a hand on the queen's shoulder.

Sylvanya looked up at the only link to her father she had, her eyes more shadowed and haunted then normal.
"Memories aunt, nothing more." She said softly. "Now what is on the agend today? Please do not mention suiters." She sighed mournfully.

Renee gave a soft laugh. "No child, I made sure that the suitors were sent away already. You just have a few disputs between nobles, and then discussions about our stockpiles."

Sylvanya smile dup at her aunt, most of the shadows dissapering from her eyes. She lifted herslef up and shook out her skirt. She smiled and nodded to her aunt and walked outof the room.
She waited outside of the throne room for her advisor.

Renee followed her queen to the throne room.
"After you." She said, gesturing.

Sylvanya smiled and nodded. The smiled dissapered as she walked into the Throne Room. As everyone sat she realized that the dispute was a long standing one between two families.
"Andre, Galen. I thought I settled this almost a year ago." She said as the two men approched the bench.
"Well yes you did Your Majesty, but you see this Shifter here-"
"Ahem!! I am no mear shifter I am-"
"Yes we know you are a disten relitive fo the throne Galen, but you surly don't act like it." Sylvanya said in a weary voice.
