If you want to RP as a High Elf, AKA, an Elf of Aman, you must also contact Falathrim and explain why you think you should be given the right to RP as such. High Elves are the pinnacle of grace, beauty, and nobility in Middle-earth, and it doesn't make sense that just anyone should be permitted to RP as one. Very few High Elf applications will be accepted from this point on, so don't expect to apply for one and be granted acceptance. There are, naturally, exceptions, but they will be few.
