For a class (World Religions)

My extra credit is to do a report on any religion I wish. My teacher said I would get an 'A' If I did something extra ordinary. I'm goint to make an 1x1 foot (maybe 2X2 foot) Sand Mandala. the only problem is, A.) What pattern? B.) How am I going to pour the sand?

When I do this, I will most likely post pictures

Please help me figure out what Images to put on the Mandala.

I think I might Get my web cam out and make a video of me making one. Although.... where does one buy Chak-purs? And if there's no place to buy them what can I use instead?

By the way, I have an idea I'm toying around with..... I have nine weeks to compile the ideas, make it, take Photos, Compile all I've learned and share what I've learned with the teacher.

I'm aware that Mandalas mean something, or usually mean something but this 'Mandala' will just be an assortment of Buddhist Images.

I COULD try the KalaChakra if I could rally a few Buddhist friends of mine to help. xd
