Have you ever heard a song that sounds like it could be a song by The Cure?
My mom and I have both noticed that The World is Black by Good Charlotte sounds like The Cure in both sound and lyrics.
It would be cool if The Cure did a cover of it.
So, any songs you guys have in mind?

Anyhoo, Elano B's Too Late sounds like a Cure song 3nodding The only reason why no one likes Good Charlotte is because they were only slightly LESS hated by the masses than Avril Lavigne at one point in time. (Avril Lavigne still sucks balls and her husband is ******** UGLY)
They actually are pretty good, if you aren't listening to thier first or second CD.

The ure have spilled in to dozens of Genres, so its pretty understandable that you would hear similar songs. A lot of the songs on boys don't cry sound pretty similar to a lot of the 80s stuff out there i think.

I don't think I could ever mistake a song from another band to being something by the cure, with an exception to the glove maybe, which bob sang in anyway. Bob has a pretty distinctive voice.

I never really like Sum41, but I went to one of their concerts and they put on a really good show so I gained a lot of respect for them. But it was all lost when that guy married Avril.

Haha, funny you mention that, just yesterday, my sister mistook Echo & the Bunnymen for The Cure (I think I was playing "Silver").
