I was just playing it, and a sudden thought came to me...
Anyone else played it, and remember any of the characters?
Specifically Saria, the little Kokiri girl who looks damn cute?
Well, she hung around tons in the "I've misplaced it, but I know where it is!" woods. (Aka, the Lost woods.)
Well, all the Kokiri have these little puffball faeries, who're allways with them.
And in the Forest, there are lots of faeries hanging about.
And there are also a few what apear to be floating mushrooms made of light, with tails, which run away if you try to touch 'em.
And when Link finds Saria, she's in this hidden field, deep within the confusing and vaugely deadly woods, a gate guarded by wolves and a maze, surounded by the 'free' faeries, and the mushroom thingies.
And the thought that came to me was 'Oooh, I know why she likes it there so much...' Followed by a dirty laugh.
Sadly, this is Gaia, so I can't tell you what it was that I figured out she was doing. wink

I don't remember the mushroom things... so I can't really guess as to what you're hinting at.
I didn't play OOT very much, but I did watch my brothers play the game. ^_^ It's fun. I once made a comic of sorts about it. Sheik's harp string breaks while she was trying to teach Link a new song.

I'll never look at that game the same way again. gonk -Mwa falls over giggling.- You should have heard what me and my cousin were saying about when the screen got dark, and he was in a room with monsters, and all you could hear was "Uh! Ooh! Ah!"... (Yes, he makes those noises while hurt, but still. xd )
