sweatdrop Good point...

Name: Ryshel Kitana
Alignment: Jedi/Light Side
Weaponry: blue lightsaber, blaster
Droid: red astromech droid called R4-D9
Ship: small freighter

((And now to start it off...))

Ryshel's little timer that she had set to wake her when she reached her coordinates started beeping, and she shut it off blearily before making her way back up to the cockpit. Her astro droid, R4-D9 beeped a question at her as she settled in the pilot's chair, fully awake now that the Force was screaming several warnings in her head. None needed immediate attention, as she already knew there would be Imperials all around her, so she remained calm.

"No, I made sure to pick a vector that wouldn't be regularly watched," she responded to her droid's query. "I'm sure they're expecting more than a two-person insertion. They always overlook the fact that one Jedi and her Padawan is as potent as an entire squad of soldiers." She grinned.

Making sure she wasn't being tracked, she turned on her vector scrambler to throw them off before heading for a spot on the outskirts of the main city.

Name: Lisha Kalaway
Alignment: Padawan/Light Side
Weaponry: Practice lightsaber
Droid: None
Ship: None

Lisha's bright almost turquise eyes poped open when she felt the change in their surroundings. She rubbed her face, then bounced over to where Ryshel was seated at her controls, "So where are we Master?" the young girl asked with enthusiasm, even though she could feel things were a little off in the force.

"Coruscant," she replied simply. At this point in time, the city-planet had become mostly neutral due to the increasing infestation of Imperial remnants, but it was heavily guarded nonetheless, and so the Republic needed to start booting them out or they would be facing another major war.

"Another damage control mission, I'm afraid. But at least it will give us some time to train, and for you to start learning how to build your own lightsaber. Your training is progressing well, Lisha." She smiled kindly.

Lisha grinned, and played a little with the practice lightsaber that was atached to her side, "Where are we going first? Who are we going to be talking with?" Lisha always asked a lot of questions.

"Well, we're starting out on the outer edge, so as to avoid questioning and detention, and thereby avoid drawing attention to ourselves. We need to stay out of sight for the most part, and we'll be talking to insiders who have information on the Empire's weaknesses. I'm hoping our informants have been able to find out if the new Emperor is here or elsewhere."

Lisha nodded and looked at the screen that displayed the coordinants of where they were heading, and cocked her head to the side, "What's that?" she asked pointing at a dot that was moving in an odd direction compared to the other dots.

Ryshel narrowed her eyes. "I don't know. It's heading for the capital." Her instinct was to follow it, but they couldn't risk being seen. Whoever it was was blocking their presence somehow, but she had the distinct feeling that it wasn't anyone good.

She sighed audibly. "We'll have to check it out later, I'm afraid. R4?" The droid beeped a "already ahead of you" response, and the dot started to pulsate on the screen. R4-D9 had registered its signal and programmed the ship's tracker to track it.

"We'll track it down once we can."

Lisha nodded, "Who do you think it could be? What side do you think it's on?" Lisha looked out the nearby window down at the planet, "How long before we're down there?"

Ryshel laughed and put a hand on her Padawan's shoulder. "You have a sharp mind, Lisha, but you must learn not to ask so many questions at once. Calm your mind and ask those questions that are most important, and then try to answer others yourself using the Force."

Lisha tried to calm her mind, "But they keep on coming, Master! Everytime I clear my mind of one question another more come and..." she took a breath to continue her triad

Ryshel smiled and shook her head in a gentle chiding manner. "It's ok, dear. Just try to think about it, ok? We need to be very focused on this mission, so focus the energy you use for your questioning towards keeping your mind's eye on the situation. You're very in tune with the Force, and that will be needed to keep us out of danger."

They landed near a not-so-well-known pub on the outskirts, and four men immediately rushed towards the small ship, their guns drawn. When Ryshel opened the hatch and they saw her face, however, they lowered them and nodded at her in a friendly manner.

"Evenin' miss Kitana!" one of the men called out to her. "Will you be needing the standard hideout procedures?"

"Indeed we will, Carter," she nodded before closing the hatch and following the coordinates they had sent to her into a small, camouflaged hangar. She and Lisha put on some brown civilian-attire cloaks before exiting the ship and following the men back to the pub.

"We'll each have a soda, if you please." She smiled kindly at the bartender.
